I was quite used to the "short stick" playing in my basement 30 years ago...working around walls, etc...

I'm less annoyed by the color variation...than I am by the dirt and scratches...I didn't expect those in a new product.

Have you called Diamond to voice your concerns? I agree, no matter the travel distance or moving issues, there should be no scratches in what you pay for.

What stickers are you speaking of. I'm ready to order, but not sure the stickers you mentioned. I know it is the Diamond name on it, which I think is engraved in the "wood".... what else is there ?

Also, I don't think I'd be to "happy" if the rails are scratched and/or water logged. But I think I'm less than 300 miles from Diamond warehouse.... Glen, you better call in sick on my table too

They sometimes will have Aramith, Simonis, Predator, etc... stickers on the side of the table.
