This past weekend these boys did another outstanding job of running the Jay Swanson Memorial Tournament in Hollywood CA. Sometimes we forget about how hard they work to bring us this event. They must be doing something right since they get 180+ players each year. For their excellent work, I think they deserve a medal!!!

Absolutely thank you so much guys that was a great tournament and I had a lot of fun playing in it. Thanks guys!

I'd settle for a cup of coffee. :)

These guys did an excellent job. Jay must have slept 12 hours straight after he got home. I'm looking foward to playing in the upcoming tournaments at Hollywood billiards. Jay, you've got that coffee coming. And I hope Billy Palmer is doing ok. I sat and talked to him for quite a while. We were laughing and carrying on but we never know what in store for us.

Agreed! Both did a fantastic job running the tournament. What was great was that it didn't run until 4 in the morning on either night.

Thank you, Mark Griffin and Jay Helfert, for running a very smooth tournament.

Who won this tournament? Is there a write up?

1st - Johnny Archer
2nd - Dave Hemmah
3rd - Scott Frost

It's on the front page of AZBilliards right now, but it doesn't list the full payouts.
