I am not a happy camper here.Allison fisher loosing her match in the first round shocked me.I know Iris personally and I know her game very well, she is a very good player but not that good to be able to beat Allison Fisher. Another sad news is that in the next round Kim shaw has to play Gerda.I am going to drown my sorrow with Budweiser.

i think if someone was going to get to allison it had to be early, allison gets stronger the closer she gets to the prize, and iris is talented enough to do it.

i got a text-

Caoline 'Kapow' Pao just won her 2nd round winners side match over so tough lately Anna K.

Good evening Vagabond. Try not to take it too hard...perhaps Allison's sister will do better! ;)
Just yankin' your chain a little bit.

Let's play some this weekend if you're not too busy ok?

Hate to say it, but apparently Iris *is* good enough to beat Allison Fisher.

Great news! Congratulations to Caroline.

Some pretty interesting match ups in the round of sixteen. The fields at these WPBA events are very strong! They are attracting the best women from all over the world.

The biggest concentration of female killers is in Taiwan. They are not here at all (cept Jennifer). If they all came over, they would be at least 5/6 of the top 16 IMHO.

I have been fortunate enough to watch Iris play in the northeast events over the past couple of months and she is a phenomenal player and a sweetheart to boot. I'm so happy for her. It's a great win.

The article said that Allison scratched on the 8-ball. Not to take anything at all away from Iris' game as she had to play really great to get hill-hill on Allison in the first place, but if Allison got wrong on the 6-ball and then scratched on the 8-ball, it sounds like Allison beat herself.

I can already hear what Iris said after the match, "I get lucky!" She always says that!

Go Kapow!!! She's a rockstar in my book!

I had shoulder injury and 2 weeks ago I quit playing.I will have MRI coming Monday.

I just noticed on the WPBA website that Sarah beat Allison by a 9-8 count. If anyone runs across any details of the match, please post 'em up.

Jennifer Chen and Melissa Herndon also went 2-and-out.

I know the tables seemed to be playing a tad tight up her in Michigan City a few weeks back. Any info as to the equipment down there this weekend?

Has Allison EVER gone 2-and-out in ANY tournament?
