A guy from my area who I know has a big cue in his hands and he is explaining to a kindly looking silver-haired and moustached gentleman how the silver diamond inlays are set and how one must be careful for the way these are done, that mistakes can easily be covered up with filler and he was pointing out how to determine this.
I couldn't stand it any longer and I went over and grabbed his shoulder and told him; "James, do you know who you're giving this inlay tutorial to?"
He looked at me and said no.
I said that's Mr. Pete Tascarella and this look came over his face.
Pete, who very generously listened intently to James' presentation finished by saying, I'm pretty sure we didn't make any mistakes on this one. :grin-square::thumbup::grin-square:
we had a good laugh.
and yeah, this was a big, bad Tasc...
