A LP Cue coincidence

Couple weeks ago, I was looking into having a cue made for me having a design stuck in my head for months, when I finally had the extra money to go ahead and speak with Lee Peppers and send him an email of what I wanted, I first decided to give a quick look on the wanted/forsale section. I saw Lee had posted up a thread for a cue that was going to be done in about a month. I looked at the pics and my eyes opened up. It was quite funny to me because this cue was exsactly what I was looking for. A simple hoppe style cue. I was expecting to contact lee and wait about 6 months to have the cue finished, and now I only have to wait about a month. I still had a chance to choose whether I wanted a bumper or have it bumperless: I chose bumperless, what wrap I wanted: I chose white with black specs irish linen, and 18.5 ounces. I called up my friend and told him the situation and he says to me, "It sounds like a CHRISTMAS MIRACLE." I couldnt explain it any better.

I really like cues with burl. The simple Hoppe design is still the most classic of all. That's a beauty.

That cue is both typical and amazing. It is typical for the great eye Lee has in designing a basic player and amazingingly beautiful cue. Very nice cue. Some people do too much and some designs don't have enough. This cue is a nice balance drawing you in to the amazing wood and leaving you there like it should!!

Yea, its a christmas/21st birthday present for me, and now even though it is going to only be month, ill bet it feels like a year.

coincidence?

once is happenstance, twice is coincidence, three times is enemy action!

Funny that, the same happened to me about a month ago.
Lee advertised a cue that a customer turned down because of a Delrin butt cap. I had always been looking for a cue with blue veneers. Bingo.

Plain butt sleeve and I had a choice of wraps so I went with white with green specs because this cue looked a tad old school.

I got a pretty decent price on it and I know it will play as well as the other LPs that I have.
