When I click on a users name on the Forum Main page under "Members That Have Visited The Forum Today" and click on a User's name to see All Posts By This User, I can view the posts of 'some' users, but not all. When I click on user: Casey , I get an error message.

When I tried to do a Search on Brad scuffers, I received the same message:

"There seems to have been a problem with the AzBilliards Forums database.

I am an avid user of the New Post button and it is doing the same thing. Somebody go feed the hamster.

My favorite button on the forum! And it's gone bad... all bad!! I've tried using different browsers, reloading the pages, etc.. No good. This has been going on since last night, at least. Most common page I find in a search of any kind on the forum, right now.....

Welcome to the forum! I see you've been here for a couple of months, but you're still new! And an Okie! Welcome! Welcome!

Pardon the mess. Hopefully, the forum will return to its old self very soon.

Me, too. I'm starting to see signs of major withdrawal. I think I'm in the angry stages, right now. I can't believe the button has abandoned me! How am I supposed to stay on top of what's going on in the world, if the NEW button doesn't work? Okay. More like a panic attack. Yep. Definitely a panic attack.

That does it! I can't handle this, any longer! I'm going out to the local pool hall to play some pool!

I'm having that problem too, plus others

...........

Hello, and how are you today PoolSleuth!! I hope all is well.;)

Back to the subject at hand, these problems have been going on since yesterday afternoon, I hope they know about it and fix it soon.

Fixed the problem last night. Sorry, have been under the weather the past couple of days.

Please PM me if there are any other issues.

Doug, I had the same problem a couple days ago when searching. Mike said it's fixed now..but I haven't tried it. Do you know if they still make Brad scuffers? I have one of the original ones from many years ago and I think it works great. I bought one that looks like a Brad scuffer but it had some particles fused to it rather than in the mold like the Brad and it wore out in a very short time. I was lucky cuz I thought I lost my original Brad scuffer but I found it and will guard it forever!

I think all the stuff I was having problems with has been fixed, now. Thanks a bunch. It is not a good day when the New button and the Search feature don't work!

Hope you feel better, soon!

I Couldn't Find The Thread That Had The History Of The BRAD Scuffers

I have had a Brad scuffer on my keyring for about 32-33 years. I believe that the older Brads have the words:
.Cue
BRAD
Scuffer

I have seen some with :
U.S.A.
BRAD
and I think these might be the newer ones.

I did a Search and found a thread where one of the AZB members had a 1929 BRAD scuffer (but that doesn't mean that was the first year they were produced)
