I didn’t notice his salute. But the AGT producers will know. He’s not coming back.

The egg is still there, but that is some creative cropping of the image! The egg was removed to make it look like he's giving the finger
You seem to have difficulty expressing yourself. What is the point of your pictures?Well it wasn’t an insult but take it how you choose

He may have been saving the better shots thinking he was going to go through.Venom knows his business and the limitations he was up against.
When I watched this though I was very disappointed with the shots he performed. Before Venom there was Mike Massey and some trick shots in a book I read from Byrne. Pretty standard. When Venom came along he blew my mind with what you could do with trick shots.
For him to open by applying spin to a gaffe cue ball and have an egg stand on end was really weird to me. For several of his finale shots to be shooting a one dimensional jump shot into a shoe or through a gap was really lack luster.
Not saying he didn't have reasons, but this man is capable of so much it is hard for me to believe this was his best line of attack. The guy could have just given a lesson on how masse shots worked, shot a few, then shot some double masses, etc. He could have just hung out on a pool table and tried stuff and it would have been more entertaining.
Bummer. Oh well. He's brought way more people into the game than he's put off. All good. Life goes on.
Thanks for this.Florian shot the shots that the producers wanted him to shoot. The spinning egg ball shot is a great visual. I end my shows doing that and it always gets a pop from the crowd. If you look at the crowd, and not the judges, a number of people were like "that was cool." You also have to do stuff that you can hit the first time. Some of those crazy masse shots might take a few attempts so you can't do that with limited time. Him giving a lesson on how to masse wouldn't even get him on AGT. Him giving a masse lesson is great for pool players in a pool room, but not the general public. Here is what he said on social media:
"Cleary not the result I expected but I just did every shot the production wanted me to do. No choice there. Hard to go any faster on just 1 table and even with the buzzers distraction, didn't miss a shot which I thought was pretty solid. Sadly the format just doesn't cater to pool unless multiple tables and some sort of combined act."
No worries man.Thanks for this.
I take back my title of the thread.
I knew something was up because those shots were quite underwhelming. The highlight was Heidi posing on the table though.
Florian is the GOAT dude. Time to get on board. You were quick to put him down, I wonder just who you think is better? You seem to have trouble understanding what a video is
As someone who competes with him, I don't think anyone is better in the 3 phases of trickshots: Videos, shows, and competition.Florian is the GOAT dude. Time to get on board. You were quick to put him down, I wonder just who you think is better?
Put him down? Are you his mom?Florian is the GOAT dude. Time to get on board. You were quick to put him down, I wonder just who you think is better?
It is a conundrum.AGT is BS. If you win a measly million dollars, you get that spread out over 20 years of something like that. I'm sure they have a hand in your contracts for a period of time as well. They give unknown talent exposure for sure, but at what cost in the long run. You are making a deal with the devil in my opinion.
