The best balanced and playing Ginacue that I've held to my tastes. I don't know whether it's the Spain forearm or the joint, but it's definitely unique with the hit.
The butt contains no ivory, only the ferrules are. If need be I can ship the shafts seperately.

Butt: 15.3 oz
Shafts: 4.3 oz
58" even split
Caps by J Baxter

Includes ginacue 1x2 case, dust cover, and LOA from Ernie.
Not a belly button cue - I think there were only three cues made with Spain forearms like this - maybe one of few Gina's which dont have inlayed points. Definitely a unique collectable.

SOLD! !

very nice

The is really nice. AS a matter of fact, excellent.
What is the length of the cue?

Ernie bought 12 blanks from Spain in 1969. 5 of those he used to make the Rat Pack cues. Then he retired from cue making.

He unretired in 1988 opening his new (and present) shop. He practiced inlay on 2 of the Spain blanks (I think using his new CNC machine) and put those in a barrel until he succumbed to my constant grind in 2009 and made them into cues. Thus cue is one of those (the other became my lifetime player for MONTHS). Of the remaining blanks, one more he made into a cue and the rest I sold as blanks, (one of which is being built into a cue by one of the other world premier cue makers).

Ernie made 8 cues out of Spain splice blanks, and some 200 using Titlist and that may be the extent of spliced cues out of him.

Good luck with the sale of this unique cue, blank built by Spain and worked on by both pre and post retirement Ernie, a decent combination by anybody's standards.

Nice Cue

Your post in Jimbo'sArmy for sale LTF Gina shaft is one of the funniest things I ever read and a nice insight to Jimbo's bought and paid for following.

It read:
Seeing as how shit doesn't or get bought or sold here anyways...and it's just a site where pussy's can look at BOOBIES while fooling their wives that they're on a pool community website.

i don't want to buy a GINA shaft
even if i did want to buy one, it wouldn't have those shitty maple block style (tad/joss) rings on it.
it for sure wouldn't be 4+ oz and with a tip as small as 12.5-12.7mm

all you junk peddler's out there would would probably send me some crooked piece of crap anyways, or send me a shaft that was originally made by EG but turned down with a pro taper by some idiot with a repair lathe in one pass.

even if i did get one off this forum, i doubt if it would meet my expectations in the shaft hitting a ton, or making me play like a monster....LMFAO!
Good luck and great posting,
Nick :)

thanks Kevin for the corporate background :)
If it wasn't for you, this great hitting cue (and many others) may never have seen fruition.

Sorry Nick but my post on jimboarmy was meant in jest, i have no idea as to the history between jimbo and anyone else. My remarks were to be taken as tongue and cheek.
Lots of inquiries so far, let's here some offers.
I'll consider a trade for a 60" blackwood and snakewood SW - you know who you are :D

Thefonz. <== quite fond of boobies......

Great gina here!

If someone has a 12mm shaft with micarta and the same ringwork to sell me, I'll keep this cue.
Other than that lets hear some more offers, highball, lowball, even oddball:grin:
