Abe Rich question

Rich Q's were usually Saul Rich's (Abe's cousin) cues, even though Abe worked with Saul for awhile. Ike Algaze bought the company from Saul around 1970. Abe's company is Star Cue Mfg.

The cue, Rich Q was or was not made by Abe Rich?
Thanks,
Terry.

Like Hunter said, Abe did work for Sal Rich and the Rich Cue Company which was started around 1912. Abe did start the Star Cue Company in the 1970's. By the Middle to Late 1970's into the early 1980's the Rich Q lines was owned by Imperial Billiards. All the cues during this time frame were made overseas, most can be identified by a decal under the finish on the cues butt or decal inside a clear plastic window that says Rich Cue.

Hope this helps

Yes sir,
I was dealing on one on EBay so I needed a quick reply. The butt looked like the Palmers. I need to get the Blue Book. I lost it anyway. The 2 guys who had the highest bids were using snipers. Thats cheating as far as I'm concerned. I had my sniper set too low.
