Problem Solving.........obviously some problems can be more complex, challenging, important, and also diminutive or somewhat inconsequential too.......the point is problems can sometimes involve important issues.......like one's reputation or integrity.........which customarily become cornerstones of successful companies and proprietorship businesses as well.
I'll share a little secret.........the first step in solving problems is not defining the problem,,,,,that's the second step followed by hypothecated solutions, selection, implementation, & evaluation of attained results.........the first step is recognition of the very problem..........to admit it exists.......acceptance of a problem condition.
That's the part that hopefully Mr. Showman has already reached and maybe he's attempting to assess and assign scope of damage as he goes through this process......let's just be relieved he isn't hiding or ducking this matter like before and hopefully he doesn't become another Zinzola episode in cue-making.
The fact is Mr. Showman could have communicated with any of his accusers in other ways than just posting on the Forum. Mike Garland seemed relieved just to have spoken with John and apparently a fix is underway......John dropped the ball very badly.......communications can always be arranged.......silence is arrogance........arrrogance is business suicide.......hopefully now he has a better grasp that you can't mistreat a customer without consequences.
