that cue ball frozen deep in the pocket and 9 ball on the point so where it won't go in the side is the shot but i wouldn't want to give too many pros 1,000 shots at it
The make ability of this shot is highly dependent on the table difficulty I was able to make the shot by hitting the cue ball off the pocket wall with top outside english (no jumping) and get it into the diagonal corner pocket on my local bar 88x44 inch table in 32 tries. Once I had it down I could make it in less than 4 tries. Ball separation was measured to be .0015 of an inch using a feeler gauge.
Pockets are 5 1/4in wide with 143 degree sides and 1 1/2 inch self depth. An easy table by Dr. Dave's TDF calculations.
I will add that I also tried in on a 9 ft. Diamond Pro cut. No chance in hail at success.
