No official count, but if the calls to Ernie's room are any indication we should see close to 400 people.

There are still 2 spots open for exhibitors. $125 for a table for the day.

Should be a good time. I will be in attendance looking for a inexpensive 4X8 case and a shaft for my Schon. Hope to see some A'zers there.
 
how many vendors are slatted to be there ?

I Am looking to pick up a few things as well, forumghost and I Are anxiously awaiting to go on sunday !!!

In addition to the Ernie and the staff of AC Billiards, Myself and the staff from the East Coast Billiard Exchange, we have made room for an additional 5 cue vendors. We will also have various league reps and one table manufacturer with specials for the show.

4 of the cue vendor spots are spoken for, and we are waiting for someone to confirm as the 5th.

The exhibitors are all local collectors, dealers, and traders. You can expect to see cues from Searing, Mobley, Corsair, Black, Southwest, Mottey, Jacoby, Pechauer, DeCola and a host of other .

If you want to reserve the 5th spot, drop me a PM. Cost for the table is $125 payable direct to the AC Billiard Club on the morning of the event. Exhibitor space is a 9ft Gold Crown.

This is a buy, sell, trade event. If you are looking to upgrade or sell outright, bring in your cue and feel free to show it to the dealers that will be there.

If you have a cue you would like to consign for sale for the event, bring it in and let Ernie know at the start of the event. We will make space for it.
Consignment rates will apply.
