Accu-Stats Apologies for Stream Yesterday: Problem May Be Solved for Today

Same with me thought it would be the "best" stream I've seen because the quality of accu stats vids I've seen however on day 2 I've been unable to watch 3 games in a row on any particular match n have literally given up trying to log In n out n refresh so I'm very disappointed n i also feel some sort of monetary compensation is in order regardless of the rest of the days considering the amount of time n matches wasted so far

Im actually pretty confident they will come up with some kinda offer and im more positive if you contact them right now you could get a full refund.

It's not about the money. If someone had come on right away and let people know what was happening, it would have been different. But half of us had no clue if it was us or them. Should we stay on the stream or refresh, should we log out and in or should we wait.
If someone from Accu-Stats let us in and kept us informed people would not be as ticked as we are.
Customer service is always the key to stopping frustrated people.

I would say with this many people having issues, it's probably on their end

To you it's not about the money. I dont care either but the poster i replied to had a concern about 'compensation' and i answered him. Otherwise i agree with you.

I'm sure Pat Fleming and his crew are up to their eyes in 'issues' - just be understanding. They know they have a problem and they will address it. Just give them a chance.

Accu-stats has been around about 30 years. They haven't screwed anybody yet - so cut them a little slack, ok??


PS - I do think someone should have posted an update on a few good websites.- but it is easy to criticize when in the heat of the moment.

Seems like it would be easy enough to have some sort of banner across the stream periodically noting technical difficulties and that their team is working on the issues. Viewers should not have to go to other resources to figure something is wrong.

LOLOL. It's 1.5 days into the stream, 9 matches and not one has been able to be viewed fully yet. So I'd say a little slack has been cut. It's been garbage, that's not an insult, it's a fact. And to then get after the people who paid for the service as if we're in the wrong, is yet more insult to injury. I also work in a field where I provide a service and if we don't get the job done correctly I'm perfectly fine with getting an earful. It's part of the job. Sometimes it isn't your fault, but you know who's fault it damn sure isn't...THE CUSTOMERS. So take this garbage out to the trash with the stream.
 
I like the idea of periodically posting an update crawl on the stream.

Should do the same on the accustats web page.

Worst location for an update is Facebook. Most customers will not see it. And in general finding something on Facebook is not easy.

I imagine Pat will refund people for yesterday and today.
 
To me, the big slap in the face is the NON response to email. Why even have a support email
 
This sux at 7 o'clock I still have yet to see 10 mins of consecutive without a freeze pool. And I can't get anything as I post this no video whatsoever just a crossed out play button

system engineering isnt the same skill set as filming.
lacking competency in design and operations.
 
....and the other thing is that if the service is not up to par why continue to allow people to make a purchase?

So far...so good. The stream is working great.
