Well I think Smith has just destroyed ALL of his action, without giving up dippy/frost type handicap
 
That was a hell of a match Danny took Efren's best shot and got up and fired back and won the match

So Danny Smith plays in the final against the winner of Efren and Shane.

It looks like the recently nominated best player in the world finishes last (unless he wins his last match and Hall only wins 1 game against Smith).

The other best Scott gets to finish next to last or 4th place at best.

Whew!!! It is tough staying on top in 1 pocket these days.
 
I'm pretty sure Frost has won more one pocket tournaments than Alex has. They are both champions of the game though. Race to 3 is very short. Hell, I lost my first 3 games tonight gambling before my arm even loosened up. I don't see anyone begging to play Scott or Alex even for the cash.
 
Really great match, been a little surprised how quick some of the matches have been. This was more like I expected. I did have some freezing issues but I have to think it's my internet server since most people dont seem to have issues.

Looks like the long grueling match they had for five days took a little out of both of them.

IMO they would both be favorites over all these guys in a long $$ money match. Scheduled short race matches are a different animal and you won't see these guys challenging Scott or Alex in an ahead match.

I think in the next 6 mo. or less you'll see Danny play Alex in a Fight Night.
These short races are kinda silly for this caliber of play. Race to 5 would of been the better choice. Danny can hang.;)

FWIW-Efren ran through a lot of 3-400 man tournies at the DCC with that same race to 3 format.
