Accu- Stats

I emailed them, and baicaly, told them that yesterday was a wash for me, I paid $9.95 for a stream that was up for 12 minutes. Yes, they say you can watch th matches for the next two weeks. The the thrill is gone. Soquet and SVB went hill to hill, and I missed it. Sure, you can watch it later, but we know already Ralph made 3 balls on the break and scratched hill to hill. SVB has ball in hand, and connects the dots. I love what accu-stats does for pool and I think they do a geat Job, and I uderstand that these problems may be out of there control. But, with that being said. If you are selling a deffective product, there should be compensation of some sort. Maybe once they get up and running corrctley, Let us watch one day for free. I dont want the money back, I wanna watch live pool.

That's the quote of the discussion -and I think the most important note. I don't really care about getting a day's money back - I just wanna watch pool.

I'd rather watch it live - but honestly, I'm usually trying to work while watching - or rather listening - so when the announcers go crazy, I know I missed something, and often wish for a rewind button. So, actually, for me, the archived match idea is great for me. But, that's me. I do miss the chat room though.

Its about 1pm Wednesday here and I can't get anything to work. Im ok watching the "simulated" live matches, but neither the silverlight or the windows media is working. I followed all the instructions with cookies etc and it keeps saying that they can't contact the server, no matter what. Meanwhile they had time to offer the Brumback match for sale already for 3.95 to new customers yet I bought the whole week for 55.95 and can't see jack......Oh well..............Need to start thinking like a real poolplayer. Get everything you can grab for free and the hell with everybody else.....
 
Is anybody getting anything yet? I keep getting a message that the content I want is already in use by my account but it isn't. Wonder what that means.

I just checked the stream and so far it seems to be working. I was able to keep the stream up for over 15 minutes while they are cleaning the table without it crashing. The first match is scheduled for 2:30pm eastern which is in 15 minutes. Crossing fingers that it will work today.

As far as the archived matches, they were not part of my options after logging in. I definitely would like to watch both of the fatboy matches later. It still says that they are working on it. Hoping for the best.
 
I paid for the whole week and I do expect a refund or some other compensation. They are selling a product just as I do at my bar. If I sell a drink that is not up to standard, I make it right.

I am ok with equal credt towards other big events, but I will not say "well they tried".

Send Jim an email at jim@accu-stats.com

He will need your username. He has been very busy so it may take a lil bit.
But it can be fixed.

I will ask for some sort of refund to coincide with what I can't watch live, so far the tally is $8. Trying just don't cut it.
