I have been a loyal supporter of Accu-Stats since 1996, I have hundreds of DVDs and VHS tapes from them. I'm sorry but they have gotten greedy and lazy. There is so much technology now in the streaming industry, why are we watching 1 stream???? The Euro tour has their main table on the live stream with commentary but they also have live streaming on all the other tables with no commentary. Kazoom does an excellent job of streaming you can watch any match you want, instead of being forced to watch a match that accu- stats wants to record because they fill it will sell the most DVDs!! Hell Matchroom Sports does a better Job than Accu-Stats!! Pat needs to wake up and look at what Europe and the rest of the world are doing.

That unfortunately is too often true. People need to learn to respect other peoples views without bashing them. You can disagree without being rude.
But there comes a time when people like jetsetter and snucar post thoughts that are so much more than simple opinions that disagreeing isn't rude.

Does this mean there's no stream u til they hook up the back up equipment? Like I shouldn't even attempt to login? This truly is getting worse. I follow professional pool pretty closely and I typically buy the major streams and some of the smaller ones. Like I've stated before this is my first US open stream experience and the actual experience at this point is the worst I've ever paid for. I'm not going to say I'll never give accu stats another penny or any extreme like that but as a fan of pool I basically cleared my schedule to watch every streamed match and made close to 700$ in bets with the assumption I'd be sweating the stream. I'm so unsatisfied and frusterated with the first 2 days I really hope things are 100% fixed within the next two days or I will absolutely be expecting a refund because if nothing changes how can they say that they delivered anything? We all paid for a stream and so far we've gotten nothing. Hopefully they will fix the issue and offer some thing to make every one feel like they didn't waste their money or get ripped off. I think maybe as a first time number 1 in charge and person responsible Pat Flemming may have taken on too many things trying to run the biggest tournament pool has to offer and also handling the ppv at the same time because to a certain extent both jobs are equally important especially to the fans.
To give everyone something to make them feel better about the situation, the fact this all happened at the start of the tournament should allow them time to have everything fixed by the weekend so we don't miss the truly important last stage of the tournament is a way better scenario then it crashing during the finals like the world 9 ball. I'm just hoping I'll be able to watch a problem free stream the last 4 days

I'm gonna get Yelled At? Please!!!!! Watch how Kazoom streams the Euro tour and you will agree with me!!! For a company that makes its money off recording pool matches seem like they should be at the forefront of live streaming!! And yes folks the stream is still freezing today!!!!!!

You my friend are quite a load.
DCC and a MIH was done so far this year. Both were all good productions with no problems. So to me 2 for 2 is more like 100%.
We have this event and a MIH in November. Thats 2 more so here a clue for you. The percentages will never come out to 15.

Lenny, this is part of the organization you're defending. People have said some out of line stuff to and about them but this is a real bad look. I'm actually not even mad the stream hasn't worked, shit happens and we move on. Piss poor customer service and this here is real, real bad.
