So McDonalds got your order right last time, stfu and eat your cold fries and the fish filet you didn't order. Oh wait, that's still better than this - these people got an empty bag.

How much are you gonna refund these people for their TIME wasted trying to watch? That's what thought, not a dime.

So, they are saying to you, "stfu and eat your cold fries and the fish filet you didn't order"???

I think you're being a little dramatic. Oh wait, this is the AZ Forums. Please continue...

Bottom line is that there are things outside the reasonable control of any streamer. To the average streamer, a bad link is no different than an act of God. Not a damn thing they can do about it short of hiring an ESPN Broadcast Van as a back up contingency.

I suppose if you ***** hard enough you can squeeze some consideration out of Pat. Maybe he can send you a trick shot VHS tape for your troubles.

Hell, Lenny might even throw in Power One Pocket to the person who cries the loudest.

Trying to justify this shitty stream by saying it worked at such and such location is EXACTLY that! Or don't you comprehed either? Past performance doesn't excuse current performance.

Except in this case, the past performance was just as poor.

I can only speak for myself, I don't want anything extra. All I wanted is what I paid for. They couldn't deliver that (I understand, things happen) but they didn't and still haven't communicated with me. I've resorted to filing a claim on PayPal to get my money back. Had they simply responded with good customer service I would have kept the stream (assuming they get it working) but they've lost my money on this stream due to their poor customer service.

What's funny is even though I'm the asshole in the thread, they'll still get my money on Saturday for the final matches.

I dont have a dog in this fight at all.

Just want to comment on this post......not singling you out at all but your post covers the attitude of most posters in this thread

Most people dont give a damn what you did for who yesterday. All they care about is what you are doing for me today. And if you are not doing good cod me today I am gonna raise holy bell about it.

Reminds me of a saying a former employer had.......one aww shit will eliminate a whole lot of atta boys.

Every ppv purchase is a seperate transaction. Thats why i used the fast food analogy.

This is not a frienship, it is a business - pay money get a product. If the product is not delivered, people have every right to complain. The difference is Fast food would make it right and not tell people not to complain, they would expect it, and so should accu.

I own my own business & I'm the one providing a service. On a rare occasion we don't/can't provide the service we should/could/state we will. Doesn't matter how much it's out of my control I deliver a sincere apology, describe in detail what I will do to fix it, and ask what, if any, monetary correction needs made. I get business by doing a good job. My past good jobs don't alleviate my responsibility of doing a good job this time. All THIS customer knows is I've done a poor job and doesn't give a rats ass about the previous 99 very satisfied customers.

Pat Fleming Junior has stopped the stream in order to set up a new streaming device to hopefully fix our issues.

It should be up and running in a few minutes.

Thanks,
Jim

I haven't had a single freeze since the reload & it's now 2:09:D

I can see both sides of the coin on this one...if I had paid for a live stream that didn't get streamed id be fairly annoyed and would be seeking a refund for sure. On the flip side it's gotta suck to be in shoes of those who are trying to provide the stream. They are stuck between a mob of angry customers and trying to trouble shoot/ fix the issue all in the middle of a huge tournament. Now I would imagine accustats is not a huge company with a call center devoted to customer service. Could be wrong but I'd almost bet that the same guy trying to resolve the issues with the stream is same guy who's phone is dinging every 10 seconds with a new email/text/call about the stream. In those shoes I think all my attention would be on trying to get the stream up ASAP then answering emails and sorting out customer relations...

Shitty situation all the way around...like I said I can sympathize for all that bought the stream but I'm sure it's a punishing stressful situation for those trying to provide it as well...

At this point it is pretty clear they will not be giving refunds to everyone. Perhaps if you complain or dispute through paypal. They are really shooting themselves in the foot here

At this point it's pretty clear that you were just trolling the thread with no actual facts.

I'm not real interested in paying money to watch big table pool that isn't one pocket or straight pool, but I have to say that Accu-stats definitely made it right for their customers. I'm sure they are giving up thousands of dollars in doing so.

Accustats " full refunds will be given immediately for each of the first three days of streaming for each day pass purchased; prorated refund will be given for event pass holders. Remainder of event will be offered at 50% off to include prepurchased event passes. Single day pass holders will receive choice of (1) 2016 US OPEN DVD while event pass holders will receive ( 2 ) DVDS free of charge ". Not too bad I'd guess what should be done imo.
