Action - EARL VS KEITH!!!

Just speculation, but is it possible that with his Cuetec sponsorship he wasn't allowed to gamble? Maybe now that he's not with Cuetec he can gamble again, and also needs to to make ends meet again.

Yes, it was in his contract! And frankly I think Earl has the best of this bet. The last 3 , as a spot, shrinks according to the level of play. If Earl gets any momentum he'll win, as long as he doesn't go on tilt!

just more hot air!

i hope...

i hope earl sets his sights high becouse he is a terror on any table at any time! if he can control his emotions nobody and i mean"NOBODY" has to like the outcome! i for 1 am pulling for ya earl!

elizabeth I hope Earl isn't upset that I put this on here. Everybody on this board loves to hear what Earl is up too especially not that he is back in action. I made a point not to post anything about what the bet was. It's unfortunate that Earl couldn't find a backer. I know just about everybody here in Fayetteville were supposed to be there to watch. There is going to be a lot of disappointed people. I bet Earl could easily find a backer down here. And Earl, just about everybody here liked your side of it giving Keith the last 3 and they still liked it when they heard it was the wild 8. You may have not had many fans when you played BJ but you will have plenty when you play down here.

I hope you guys can match up in the near future. I'd be at the poolhall right not if I didn't have to work waiting on you guys to play. If you happen to make it down here I hope you can play Sun-Tues so I can sweat the match.

Jay,
You sure were a friend to Earl when he brought in much revenue in to your events and for your information Earl and I are working on a few real estate projects together while he is working back on his game just bought a 350,000.00 home not bad for someone thats bottoming out.Oh hello Jay its Lisa.

I'm glad for both of you Lisa. I assume this means you were the real estate agent for the purchase of his new home, since you two are no longer together. The wording of your post was a little vague. He had a lot to say about his divorce at more than one tournament, but I guess you didn't hear about that. And it all had to do with money issues.

Regarding Earl playing in "my" tournaments, he never acted that way back then. And if he did, he would have been warned and sanctioned accordingly. Of course, he was always happy to collect the money I kept handing him. And you were too if I recall.

Earl used to be a good clean competitor. That's the bottom line. And that can no longer be said about him. Maybe you can fill us in on what has happened to him, and why he can't keep his emotions in check. If anyone should know, it would be you.

Sorry but i have a copy of Earls Cuetec contract and it does not state that he could not gamble i do not know where this information came from but a wife would know.I love rumors but that thanks for the input just setting the record straight. These games are only to help Earl set him in getting ready for the US Open and the World just for the record.

Now Now Jay who said we are not together? And the home is in both of our names if you must know.I will be the first to say I was the downfall of our marriage and that we myself would like to try to work things out.Of course it is very common for husband and wives that go through divorces to put the blame on the other and i will take full blame. However,I have kept up with Earl throughout the years and I will do everything in my power to win him back and to put him back on top where he deserves to be.

Please theres not enough money on the line for me to do that the stakes and odds would have to be much higher then you got a deal

then why not put him in the box yourselves anyway? If he thinks he has the best of it then why not win 100% of the money.

I think some of he pool players have figured it out corvette. There are people who enjoy staking players, basically playing vicariously through them. It gives the stake horse a sense of satisfaction to stake the players and occasionally win a few dollars that they might never otherwise be able to do. The players in turn risk nothing except their pride and have a chance to make 100% profit.

So I guess the reason that the players use stake horses instead of putting up their own money is it makes good business sense.

What happens in NC stays in NC :)

On a serious note I wish him the best in his comeback and personel life.

Jay,

On a personal note I will take blame for that as i was the cause of our divorce and it hurt him harder than most than anyone realized even Earl himself. It will take time but I will do everything I can do make it up to him.But you know the ego of of a man thats ok I have all the time in the world ive done it before and i can do it again. So please Jay some understanding would be nice.In the last month i have been with him i have seen some changes and it takes time so please give me that.

EARL WANTS TO PLAY kEITH BUT CANNOT GET A HOLD OF HIS STAKE HORSE NO-ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHERE TO LOCATE HIM.
