I totally understand about the shoe being on the other foot. I have been scammed before, I am not angry with Courtney by any means, whenever I have spoken to him I have expressed how much I understand why he would be upset. I spent the money on a bill that following week, I assumed that the cue was shipped fine and didn't think anything of it. Once again in hind site I should have handled it better but alas I did not. I say again though, if for some strange reason I was trying to scam Courtney don't you think I would be ignoring everything on here. As I said I am sorry for the way things turned out and unfortunatly I do not have the funds to return the money but if the cue isn't there by Friday I will figure out a way. As far as everyone else goes on here that is what I find so annoying everyone is very quick to jump to conclusions due to a negative mind set, there have only been a select few people who have shown any objectivity and I thank those who did. As far as my job is concerned and my pay, I was making that but bills takes most of it, I got layed off from my previous company and had to take a lower job with a lower income in order to stay a float.

I don't know AZ that well, you know I did a cue deal just prior to doing this deal and it went as smooth as ice. I even met some great people on here, people I sat and chit chatted on the phone with for hours. But alas after this you all will be happy to know once everything is finalized with Courtney I am not going to be returning to this site. So you can all be very excited for that.

Learing
As far as learing goes. As I said before, I did a cue deal prior and had no issues what so ever. I have given my reasons for this one going sour and apologised till im blue in the face. But I still have a list of feedback thingys on here calling me an asshole and all kinds of other things and frankly I've had enough of it. Courtney should be pissed as hell, and if I saw him in person I would tell him to punch me in the face. But as far as everyone else goes, I understand support but when it comes down to childish name calling I draw the line. If this is what you all do then thats fine, keep doing it I just refuse to be a part of it. So as I said I will stay on here untill I get the deal sorted out between MYSELF AND COURTNEY!!! And then I will bid this site farewell. So to everyone that called me every name in the book go **** yourselves. And to those who at least sat here and thought about it logically and gave an objective real response I thank you.

I made a couple bad investments in the housing market which as people in Florida have figured out by now is in the shitter. I lost alot of money and had to sell off alot of my cues. The last of which I couldn't sell locally so someone told me about this site. I got on here and in about a month I moved the cue, I took cash + a cue. I then traded the cue I got for the Scruggs which I then sold to Courtney. The Layani I have now I only have because a good friend of mine sold it to me for pennies in comparison to its worth and I have wanted the cue for years so now its my playing cue and I have no more collection to speak of.

I know what your saying, and I know what it looks like, I have been stiffed for cues before, but I will say this anytime I have been stiffed on a deal the person was no were to be found afterwards. I am completely happy with people backing Courtney up, as a matter of fact I support it. If it was not for him posting this on here to begin with James would not have seen it and not given him my number and it might have even gone longer than it did before I was made aware of it. The thing that bothers me is the childish manner in which some people act, name calling is something I got out of in middle school. I made two huge errors here, the biggest one being the fact that I trusted someone else to ship the cue. The second was having my mother ship it but I only did that because I knew I would not be able to get to the post office before leaving that morning so I figured it would be better shipped that day by mom then later that week by me.

I took the time to check your Tracking Number and found no such item exists in the USPS system. First time I've ever seen this response. It's a very convenient excuse to say the post office screwed up but I don't buy it.
I am sitting in my office with dozens of similar Delivery Confirmation in a bundle next to my desk. All are for items I have shipped via USPs during the last three years. EVERY ONE of these items were easy to track, and follow their path to the chosen destination. I have not had even one failure with USPS and their tracking system.
Something doesn't add up here and the forensic evidence in this case says you're guilty dude. You can either do the right thing or be another actionhound and lie until you die. It's your choice.

Trust me, I don't want to deal with all this but I feel obligated too untill this gets resolved with Courtney. I am glad you have had no trouble with USPS but this is my second time ever dealing with them and I am not happy, maybe where it screwed up is because the place it was shipped from was a sub office not a huge regular post office, I honestly don't know. As I have stated before I am going to stick on here untill this gets resolved so that way I know. After that I will not be returning to do anything on here.

And what is the deal with the sad stories, I made one big screw up and left it for someone else to ship because I was leaving early in the morning and I didnt have room in my car to pack it into so I thought I could trust my friend. Afterwards I did as much as I could being out of town to get it resolved as best as possible. I don't know what is going on with USPS, not trying to make that a story but they have the cue, if I could get video tape of my mother dropping off the cue I would but I cannot.

It doesn't look good when you have countless excuses, and your acting like your the victim....This is not complicated...this will all go away with a refund...sell your cue, your case, sell whatever you have....to make this right...Lets see some results..quit blaming your job, your friend, your mother, the post office, the housing market, the economy.....man up, and take care of business...btw I haven't seen any name calling...except I did call you a piece of work, and I apologize...

This was just a huge clusterfukk and I think you and everyone else around here has learned a lesson. I like a good BBQ on a forum just like anyone else, but I guess the reason I'm not getting on the "KILL ADAM" train is because I suspect you are young and still have things to learn in life and this was one of them. I feel the same way about my students here at my school. I don't get pissed at them when they're drawing pictures or reading magazines under the textbooks. I don't get pissed because I remember what it was like to be a teenager. I understand what they're doing and why they're doing it. I think a lot of people that are attacking you over this have somehow forgotten a big screw up in their life that they didn't purposely intend to happen. Then there are others that are going to flame away because they have nothing better to do. If I were you I'd ignore comments from anyone on here and conduct your business with Courtney via PM or private mail or phone calls.
If the cue never shows, sorry, I'll have to jump on the bandwagon and cut you a new one, but until then I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt for making a screw up that could have easily happened to any one of us.

Well I cannot sell my cues, that was part of the arrangment of purchasing them. As far as excuses and acting like a victim I am not, I have repetedly stated how much I am in the wrong, and the mistakes I have made, I am not trying to make excuses but everyone on here is pushing for some kind of explenation and that is what I am giving. I explained the housing market when someone asked why I owned a cue like that, I explained my job when that was brought up here as well. All have just been responses to things said in here. It is what it is, I don't have anything left to sell. If I did I would just to get this done and over with. The area were most of the name calling is going is in the negative rep things. But as I said, I will see this deal through, hopefully the cue gets there today.

I wish I was a teenager again haha, I have reached that conclusion as well, I am going to stop with the replies, I was replying in attempts to get a hair of understanding but for the bulk of people out here I guess that can't be done. I want to thank you again for being as objective as you are and want to add that if the cue doesn't get there I would expect the back lash.
