Can I just state something out here that to me is glaringly obvious, but apparently not to everyone?
When you are selling something, it is a COMMITMENT! You need to have the time and resources available to commit to the sale. That means being ready to ship the item once it is sold. I listed my cue up for raffle a few weeks ago. Guess what, two weeks ago I stopped playing with it, took it out of my case. It is cleaned up and ready to go. I will be going to the post office in AT MOST 2 days after the raffle ends, only if work interferes. It will likely be ~12 hours after I have the winners info. It will be shipped overnight with confirmation and full insurance.
Additionally, that money is NOT YOURS until the whole transaction is complete. If you need the money in hand and a done deal, then sell it in person. Again, when I've sold items on here, all of the money sits in my paypal until the transaction is complete.
Come on! Is this really not common sense?
