Advice for ADHD Player vs Slow Player

simply tell him to keep the game moving. if he doesn't, you owe him nothing in the way of so called respect.

talk while he is lining up walk around fidget in your chair and make noises. if he says something tell him he takes so long you cant sit still.
make him as miserable as you.
why let someone ruin your day. make it fun to ruin his.
