Ah Ha was a control system that was fairly popular many years ago.

They are decent systems, but parts can be hard to find. Most people are replacing them with gecko systems.

The value is in the machine itself. Most likely it's a Blud machine. I'm waiting for the pic's.

Blud used Xylotex iirc.

I have an Ah-Ha controller on my Techno Isel CNC. I have a second Techno CNC that I just bought a gecko type control and the license for mach 3. I'd gladly trade my brand new Gecko setup and software for a good working AH-HA controller, not because the AH-HA is better, because it's a relic compared to the Gecko, but I have been using an AH-HA for 17 years and know it inside and out. I haven't even figured out how to jog the machine with the Gecko yet. The AH-HA is rather obsolete but at least I wouldn't have a learning curve in figuring the system out.

good luck with your sale.

Joey,

Blud used the Ah Ha controller, or something like it, prior to using the zylotex.

As a matter of fact, back when we got started I ordered a 4 blade saw machine from Leonard, and wanted it without the controls. He asked what I was going to use, and I showed him the xylotex. He has used them ever since.

I have moved to the Gecko G540's, but still have a few xylotex boxes running. They certainly aren't anywhere near the gecko, but they do work well when setup properly.

Thats not what I expected!

I remember Sheldon used a machine that looked similar to that. I think I saw one like that on the website for Showcase Cues out of Denver too, but that was a long time ago.
