What was the final score? My GF intentionally fried my circuit breakers to get me off the feed, and my battery only lasted another 30 minutes. :frown:

Zach appeared on the verge of tying short banks at 3-3 when my lights went out.

Congrats Zach on the W, and a big kudo to Melinda for some fine play. You two started catching a damn fine gear on that pro diamond and I was bummed to not see it to completion!
 
And thanks to Samiel for the feed! Big Truck, with that deep radio announcer voice and quick wit - nice work on the mic (when you weren't drooling down a cheesesteak or over Manders!!!)

Samiel, thanks for providing the feed. It was fun to chat for a while and to do a little bit of commentary too. I got in a little game at the end of the night so I didn't get to finish the commentary, but it was still fun!! :D

Thank you all again for your kind words! We streamed over wireless, so I'm sure bandwidth was definitely holding us back a bit! It was pretty stable though and we streamed for a little bit over 6 hours straight!

My Ustream.tv metrics say we had 177 unique visitors! Wow!

Thanks to BigTruck for the commentary and also for 9ball_JJ and Ron for filling in at the booth! :p

It was a great match to watch! Who doesn't like watching a challenge match between AZers? :p

You musta been playing 'til the VERY wee hours. You started @, what? 8 pm central and wrapped up @ 7 hours later? Tough to keep a good gear going playing one on one for so long. How did the level of play hold up as the mind was fading?

Musta been a good experience to draw from moving forward. :thumbup:

akaTrigger - You're the cool one! It was my pleasure to stream you guys! BTW, my little camcorder I showed you last night is a Sanyo Xacti VPC-CG9. Here's an Amazon.com link. It does okay, but the biggest pain is that I can't find an external power source for it in the U.S. I can find it in Japan, but Amazon in Japan won't ship it to me! What a bummer!

I agree, Samiel is "The Man". He is the most thoughtful and generous guy I have ever known!! He will see a "deal" on something he overheard you talking about and buy it for you!! Here's a guy that will help you out anytime you need it, no questions asked. What a great friend. We are very lucky to know him!
