this is not the first time Alex has booked loser. a few years ago he lost some sets to Dennis O. they have since played a few more times. Alex and SVB will lock horns again guaranteed.
Hi all.....I am wondering what kind of mental state Alex is in after being dominated by Shane. They played 120+ games and Alex could not beat him. I don't think Alex was playing badly.
We watched different sets though because, in the sets I watched, Alex made plenty of uncharacteristic mistakes. Not saying the outcome would have been different had he not, but I am saying that, right now, Alex is probably feeling like he could have played much better and, in his mind, I'm sure that equates to him feeling like he would have won had he done so.
Alex is a true champion. He isn't at home, shaking in his pants, thinking about how he can't beat Shane. I'm sure his mental state is one where he's thinking that, come April (or whenever their race to 100 is), he's going to play better and Shane is getting beat. I wouldn't expect less from any true champion.
