I'm not quite sure what the breaking rules are, but I've seen Allison Fisher have an illegal break twice (in a row, I think).
On both occasions, she has made the one ball in the side and put two balls back up table beyond the side pockets.
I guess it must be three balls up table or something of the sort.
Perhaps the EuroTour "three-point rule," whereby at least 3 balls must either be pocketed or reach (any part of the ball) the headstring.

Boy, things must be getting really boring around AZB, when we are reduced to watching the fair ladies trying to hit the balls hard enough to make a legal break! :boring2: :boring2: :boring2:
