Am I dreaming??

I seem to recall seeing very small coin-op, bar box tables in the 3x6 size.
Our student union at college had a couple as I recall. Am I dreaming??

Years ago there was a bar in Houghton Lake Michigan that had a 3x6. I haven't been there in a long time. It is a small place and I don't think they have a table anymore.

I owned one recently. Got it as part of an estate sale when we owned an antique store. Played on it every day until it sold :(

Sold it for 150 back in 2017

Our local APA league has had three locations with the 6 footers. There are still two in the league, the third location still has that table, but no team uses that location now. We also have three locations that use 6½ footers. The rest use standard 7 footers.

You can still buy them from a couple bar box companies like Valley and Great American.

The Pad, a long gone beach bar, in Ocean Drive, SC had one back in the sixties. Until they figured out it was taking up the space of at least 10 potential beer drinkers.

There's more than one size "6-footer" (one of them actually has a 3'x6' playing area - the only table that lives up to its name).

Went to a Dallas titty-bar back in the day and that's all they had, 6'Valleys. We made a pretty good score in that joint. The trim was premium grade and the suckers could barely pay attention to the table. Pure robbery. ;)

They are 37.5 inch by 75 inch playing surface versus "7 foot" standard 40 inch by 80 inch playing surface.

I had one home. Barely noticed the difference.
