Amazing Monarch Table

wow, that's the first time i've actually seen a monarch for sale. what an awesome table... it's in awesome shape.

Holy Mother of ......................................

Best looking table I have ever seen!

$48K is alot for a pool table though, even if it should be in a museum

for 48k the lions holding the tables up should be replaced with i dunno.. four giant elephants on top of a celestial turtle. (ringworld reference)

seriously, thats a crapload of money for a pool table. i wonder if anyone would actually play with it if they bought it.

The Monarch is the holy grail of antique Brunswick pool tables. This one appears to have been nicely restored, and I've seen this seller post it a few times. The market for this type of table is small, but eventually it will sell.

I want a 9 foot version of this,but at a more reasonable price(in other words a bargain)

That will go really well in the castle I want to buy... unfortunately, I cannot yet afford the castle, so I suppose the table will have to wait :)

If I am not mistaken, isn't there another model almost as fancy that has the lions as pocket guards, and the mouth opens to "offer up" a ball when one is pocketed?

I just installed one of these monarchs 2 weeks ago in walla walla washington boy are the frames solid
