Does it get any better.
This is the first Amboyna burl cue by John Showman.
Matching Ron Thomas case. Elephant wrap matched with case.
6 veneer cue.

I'm not usually a fan of green veneers but they work really, really well in that cue. Seeing all these Showmans in the cue gallery is making me very jealous.....

Sanj, i don't know if you remember him but James from Victoria in London is living in your part of the world now.
 
I saw this cue at SBE

This cue and case is excellent workmanship. Pictures don't justice. That elephant ear wrap and matching case super:thumbup::thumbup: Great pick up Sanjay.

Did everyone decide not to show me any Showmans at the SBE. Wow is there a secret society of cue collectors and you must be a member to have viewing rights? Did I need to keep a sandwich in my back pocket like Jimbo to see all the Showmans? I know, I wasn't wearing a Showman or Searing T-shirt. Maybe John told everyone not to show me because I haven't shipped him the Pink Ivory and Brazilian Rosewood. I better do that next week.

It was a pleasure meeting you at the SBE. The cue and case are Magnificent. John and Ron are both top notch. By the way what kind of hide are the cue and case on in the pictures?

I got a taste of this cue in VF......Sanj and I were playing a race to 7 in 9 ball..I had Sanj like 4 to 1 and then he pulled this cue out his case and next thing you know it was 7/6 Sanj.

Not only does this cue look perfect it hit's like a.... a ton!!

Awesome cue from an awesome cue maker.

Sanj and I had a rematch down in Florida about a week ago and you know what he had the nerve to do.......? We went double hill and he did it again....

Snaj...... I will be ready next time......

This cue not only looks amazing it is a real player's cue. I very seldom miss a ball and with this cue I tried to miss and couldn't.:D
