That is by no way new. ...
Anyone know if they offer LD Tri Cues?????![]()
It is a LD shaft because of all that wood that was carved off on 3 sides....lower mass.
... BTW, SVB rotates the cue radially, as do most players that I've watched and videotaped. Most are not aware that they do it until they see the video.
I'm not so sure. The triangular shape ends a few inches from the tip, and the shaft looks to be round thereafter. So these shafts might be rather "normal" with respect to endmass, which is the key determinant of squirt.
But I suppose one could make one of these shafts LD by also doing the standard things like shortening the ferrule, using a lightweight material for the ferrule, hollowing out the last few inches of the shaft, turning it to a small diameter, etc.
