Another Do it all Tip Tool

Found this surfing, It is called Cue Shark, and comments?

Cute! Just what the world needs .... Another DO EVERYTHING tool.

The addition of the chalk/talc holder is unique. I do wonder about the size. I went thru the web site, and they never really present a photo for size comparisons.

Interesting tho!

Looks to me like it's over priced at $30 for the pup and $85 for the full deal with the powder. and I'm not sure i'd want the side trimmer anywhere near my cue. JMHO it would sell better around $25 for the full package with the belt clip and the powder dispenser.

All this for only $100? lol

does many thing poor IMHO.

Yeah i saw them at the EXPO in VF this past year, and i thought they were great, but maybe not worth the asking price !! IMHO

How much would it cost to buy all that stuff seperately?

Wouldn't that be a better gage of the price?

This is true Jeff, I wonder how much I can deduct if I dont want the "pocket marker" :D

Lol....the talc thingy, too....I hate talc at the tables. I remember a guy played on brand new cloth at the start of a day-long tourney and he literally covered the table in white. He didn't have a clue as to why he was dissed by so many (I'd hate to be his house cleaner!).

I love muti-tools, btw, but the multi-ness of it had better have some real usable functions or what's the use of paying for that?

Think the price for this gadget is too high, and sadly two other attemps at DO ALL TIP TOOLS FAILED IMHO.

If you look at the pic of the Shark beside a cue and the 2 ball, it looks like a mini can of beer. It comes with a pocket holster. Why anyone would feel the need to lug this around on your belt while you're playing is beyond me. Unless you're a Boy Scout and want to always be prepared. Yep, need to take the shroom off the side before I bear down on the 8 if you don't mind.
The radius gauges that are on the Pup are only present on the holster itself. I don't think it would fit in a pocket of your case well either. Great idea and a well made item, but a serious over design fail.
Seems like alot of hardware that can be achieved with either the Ultimate Tip Tool or a Willards and a 4" plastic shaper.

Are you trying to say that the Ultimate Tip Tool was a failure.
Is that why people were paying me extra when I had the only ones left?
Is that why retailers were begging RFisher to resume production?

No personal experience, but I heard the finish comes off the copy when you develope heat using the burnisher part.
Has any one experienced such??
