Here is another fresh colorful cue I finished just before the Russian invasion.

The butt is built on a full length Pau Rosa core which compliments the hit of this cue.
The forearm and butt sleeve are flamed maple.
The segmented handle is colorful stabilized maple burl.
The joint collar is moose horn and butt cap is elforyn.
There are six sets of decorative rings at the butt. These decorative rings are the combination of rings out of black phenolic, elforyn and maple burl.
The cue comes with two low deflection shafts with UltraSkin Ivory medium tips. The ferrules are combination of tomahawk (the outer part) and black phenolic (the inner part).
The cue was built so the extension can be screwed and it also comes with it. In addition it also comes with a set of joint protectors.

The specifications of the cue are:
The butt is 30 inch long and weighs 16 oz.
The pin is Rose oxidized aluminum 3/8-10 modified.
Shaft 1 is 30 inch long and weighs 4,0 oz. It is 12,75 mm at the ferrule.
Shaft 2 is 30 inch long and weighs 3,6 oz. it is 12,45 mm at the ferrule.
Nice flamed maple extension is 7,7
inch long and weighs 3,85 oz.
The balance point of the cue is 18,5 inch or 18,9 inch depending on the shaft.
There are no weight bolts in the cue or any metal parts with the exception of the pin.

Price: SOLD

When it comes to sending payment after Russian invasion PayPal in Ukraine offered an option for getting payments (it was not possible before) but if I understand right it's for friends and family option available for the time being.
For my customer yesterday it worked and the cue was shipped the same day.
I'll be packing safely the cue today and then show the photo of the process (before and after).

P.S. Again buying this set you have a chance not only to have some fun playing with it but also helping me and those in my country who needs it the most. 🇺🇦♥️

As one of Sergii’s previous customers, I can assure anyone that his cues hit fantastic. My current playing cue is his No. 7 (I believe). He is also a man of his word and someone I now consider a friend. You can buy from Sergii without any reservations.

So as cue-building is first of all a creative jorney-hobby I enjoy ... I'm learning it by doing and then testing the results at the table. I don't build much so as I have my main occupation - teaching, coaching billiards, organizing some tournaments so on.
Unfortunately due to russian invasion my main occupation is not so demanded at the moment and I'm glad to have this hobby and some job.
Here are some pictures of this cue in the process I've found. This is cue #9 I've built and selling abroad. There were a few I've also built for my pupils.
When it comes to this cue the main wood, part (core) is hidden inside. That's a key factor for its hit and stability. The idea of the construction is to make it as solid as possible and to prevent some things such as: warping, buzzing, the rings that can be felt by hand so on.
Most of the parts actually except the pin I do myself using materials I prefer due to certain reasons.
Example in this cue - the joint ring is made out of moose horn and in order to make it ready (to be rounded) I need to make some steps so it's fit for work.
Another example is a bumper and the insert for the extension. I like certain size and shape of the bumper. That's why I get rubber sheet I like and use it to make bumpers out of it. That's just the examples to show some attention to the details and the work done.
Now let some more pictures talk.

P.S. In a peaceful time I would easily reduce the price for a quicker sale and if not what is happening around in my country I would not be hurried with the sale.
My idea is to spend one part from received funds for the needs of ukrainian army and ukrainian fund "Come back alive" (both are official funds) and the rest for materials needed for future projects.
So the buyer won't only get a cue that stands out and serves a life time but also makes his contribution to our future victory.

Sorry for another long post and Happy easter to all.🇺🇦♥️

Amazing cue here Serhii, please stay safe too!

PS: If by anyhow you have a wrapped cue that’s standard 58” in length, and thicker shafts 12.75 and above, do let me know.

This cue shouldn’t last long, very appealing!

Thanks a lot.
I have some ideas for the future projects that fit what you asked.
Hopefully In a few months I might have one to offer.

Today was an exciting day as my cue, a close cousin to this one (#8), arrived. To be frank, while I have bought a lot of cues, I have avoided paypal f+f for the most part even domestically... in this case I sent f+f, internationally, and into a war zone no less. And I am so glad I did. I have gotten to know some about Serhii and can't say enough how great he has been to work with.

I was worried about the package, and needn't have been.......the cue was impeccably packed in pvc pipe that would survive most everything besides direct fire.

After about 20 minutes getting it all unpacked, I spent an undisturbed couple hours playing. And the cue was simply a delight to play with, and beautiful to boot. It moved the cue ball around easily in a consistent fashion, did everything I expected, and nothing I didn't. My first cue with a matched extension, which works pretty slick.

I am an amateur player, and have never played with a few of the very high-end customs......that being said, I have a thing for experiencing new cues, and to this point would suppose I have played hundreds of different cues across production/custom makers living and dead, and I don't think any of those have anything over Sergii's cue I just got in terms of playability.

To be clear, I am posting this as an unabashed endorsement of Serhii, and his work.

Thanks for everything Serhii, stay safe, stay strong.

Actually for me today is also exciting.
I have been tracking the parcel all the time and I'm so happy in spite of hard times our delivery service I used ...well I'm glad it worked. Yes, it took more time than it was estimated. The parcel was at their hands March 27th and in yours April 23th but
baring in mind the circumstances I guess it's not so bad. The main thing you got it safely.

Brendon, thank you very much for your trust and I wish you to enjoy the game for the years to come.♥️

P.S. Honestly these cues completed at the war-time are really special for me. One day my country will celebrate the victory and I believe it becomes the beginning of something new. Finally we have a chance for great changes and we have no right to fail this time.
One more reason for being exciting today...we're celebrating Happy easter in spite of...

Congratulations Serhii, I’m still interested in your works. If you are willing to take orders in the near future maybe give me a heads up?

Dmitry here. I bought this cue after already being the proud owner of one of Serhii's other builds. I just wanted to echo the other comments and say that, having tried MANY production and custom cues, I've stuck with Serhii's as my main player since getting it from him.

The quality, hit, attention to detail and communication he provides is top-notch. I'm super excited to receive this one and to be able to help contribute in some small way to the war effort. Happy to see the funds go to good use - helping my birth country fight off a hostile invasion and helping a great cuemaker and person further his craft.

Thanks Serhii and Слава Україні! (Glory to Ukraine)

Hi Dmitry,

Joe here from Carousell. Thanks for introducing me to Dmitry Komarov butterflies earlier. I have yet to come across a butterfly on AZB.

Can I ask with all that is going on in Ukraine, was there an issue with international shipping please?

Thanks
Joe

Still waiting for the cue to arrive but that will take some time as expected. Was shipped by Serhii within hours of payment. I'm tracking it and am sure it will make it to me safely. I'll update you
