Confession and Apology
OK....
I've got a confession to make.....
Some of you ordered retractables after we were technically out of them waiting on a package from the customs office. I mentioned that they should be in on Friday of last week. Well......
Here's a story about a man named Jed......
Customs screwed up our paper work and didn't actually mail them to us until Monday after I called them. When I didn't recieve them on Friday afternoon when the mail arrived it was past the closing time of the custom office so I couldn't call until Monday. Monday on the phone they told me that were shipping them that day.
Finally...just late today we received them any that were ordered afterwards will be shipped tomorrow morning. Because of this little 'snaffoo' I will be enclosing a little something extra for those of you that had to wait.
On a different note.....
Some of you haven't recieve the ones from the first orders yet. I assure you that they have been shipped and should be arriving anyday now. Please be a little patient. If for some reason they do not arrive by the weeks end, please let me know and I will reship them with a little bonus.

PS... I'm really sorry for this inconvienence. We are generally very thorough in what we do and to be honest, last week was a really tough week for me and my girlfriend.
On a personal note(to let you know where my head was all last week and the weekend), we went on vacation to Krakow and while we were on vacation we purchased a miniature daschound. I'd been waiting 3yrs to find one of these dogs here in Poland. When we got her home we discovered she had Parvi-virus and all last week I was up all night every night and at (or) with (he made house calls) the Vet at least 9times. The results, she died Saturday morning at 9:30am.
