It should be pretty easy. Let see who recognizes the workmanship. Big pin with solid ivory joint. The cue is 59" long.

It might be a Verl Horn....not sure about Petersen. I definitely like that cue a lot though!!
 
Bnall you are correct. It is indeed a JossWest. I picked it up from Kim Davenport. He was the owner of this cue for about 28 years. He bought it along with a very nice Fellini case from the original owner in 1981.
