you can see from this photo the pockets are hand milled. they were sharpened by hand before inlaying..............

i agree! their work is just some of the best you'll ever see. the Pete's are very picky about how their work is done. this cue will have dots in the sleeve as well , a smooth leather wrap, bushka ring, 4 perfect points with a diamond and three dots in each point, ebony prongs with ebony/mahogany/light blue/maple veneers into a perfectly clear straight grain maple front, silver joint trim rings, piloted ivory joint, and ivory butt cap. it will be nothing short of spectacular!...
