There's 1 in my friends (desk drawer-with many others, I can call tomorrow or stop by. Paul used to call this shop often. Doc,Keith did business and sold his cues from the beginning,in MN. getting old Paul is - bless his soul,I say. Mark
 
According to my paper work , Custom Lacewood 2300.00 Custom U.S. Open 1980.00 and the Custom Ivory Card 1600 .00 . Nice cue . Jim
 
Huebler Pricing

The 1991 price list for the Ivory Cards was $1518. The wholesale pricing was 20-40% off. The US OPen and Ivory Chess were $1863. to give a comparison.
Probably the last Custom Cue Paul sold was an Ivory Cards. It sold to a good friend and fellow collector of Hueblers about three years ago for $2400. It is signed on both shafts.
Paul had just raised his prices. Very few cues sold at the new prices prior to the end of the business.
This cue was for sale on ebay for $1800 last year with no takers. Most Huebler Customs have been selling for approx what the prices in 1991 were.
I have followed prices listed and sold for years. It is no different than housing. Demand sets the prices. Finally I am seeing a renewed interest in these Customs. Pauls' artful designs are unique.

Yes - I was a huebler dealer for Paul -I have the old photos, prices, etc. from him. I am in desire to buy an Ivory cards as well. PLease let me know if you are interested. Heading to China in the a.m. for 1 week.
