anybody else use this system?

Dave & 3kushn, maybe that's the nature of my problem... lack of spin and force? What I kept running into is that the ball was going long so I thought "ok decreasing running english and top should shorten it up". Eventually I just just hitting a sliding center ball but it still went long.

I guess it works by whipping the CB pretty sharply off the first rail with heavier running english, so that it hits lower on the 2nd rail... but then I'd still expect it to lengthen out from the added spin. Anyhow I'll try it with extra spin.

I think you will find that the change in rebound angle off the first cushion changes the angle of attack to the second cushion more than enough to offset the effect of the spinning cue as it hits the second cushion.

Try it...it works.

Exactly. Less speed also helps the CB go shorter. With more speed, the delayed post-rebound curve makes the CB head too far down the long rail, making it go long of the target.
