I have to admit, that I am somewhat conflicted. I did receive an email from Cyrus, and while he does not have any dealings with this individual personally, he seemed to think that it would be a safe bet for me.
He explained that we are now starting to see more and more members from overseas because, quite frankly, they can get a custom cue from over here and pay for shipping, for less, than they could receive the same cue there.
My understanding was that it could take a bank wire transfer up to 30 days to clear my bank here. And that it was possible for the sender to dispute those charges for up to 6 mos. It was also my understanding that a Western Union wire the funds were immediate. No charge back could be done directly to the receiver...perhaps Western Union?
I have no problem sending this cue overseas, just need to make sure that everyone gets what they want...me, the funds, the buyer, the cue.
Dealing with wire transfers through Scot gets complicated, doesn't it?
