She's already got this demographic - I'd imagine she's after the mainstream with the reddit posts.

That's what I was thinking too. Her account is only 5 hours old. Apparently Jennifer doesn't reddit much either. She must have a life or something.
Jen, next time message the mods at their Ask Me Anything subreddit and get on their schedule of upcoming celebrity AMAs calander. You'll get a lot more exposure.
The r/billiards community is tiny compared to their AMA traffic.
we're not part of her pool demographic - she's done just fine without us.
a good PR person would have come on here as HER. someone needs to post on her reddit page (we don't reddit/tweet/twerk/FB), and inform her of said.
i like & respect her, personally & professionally. my 14yr old son LOVES her.... but i'm very disappointed in this news. not surprised - but disappointed.

She use to be on the ask a pro forum, but the AZB "Knock the pro guys" ran her off. I don't blame her for packing AZ in, but don't try to come back in the back through the back door of AZB. Johnnyt
Reddit is a good place for her to AMA. A lot more people who have never been exposed to pool will stumble onto the thread there rather than here. If I had an account there I would post something because the more they have to read the more they can get interested.
P.S. azb was mentioned there so perhaps some newly interestedpeople will check this site out too. Jennifer is doing good posting there imo.

Reddit is HUGE. Getting a dialog going there is fantastic and can't hurt. So what she's not a PR pro.

She's not a PR pro, but she comes across as genuine and I think it works well for her. Her replies over at reddit we're metered but everyone got what she was saying, and her admittedly vulnerable "I'm such a noob" post didn't feel contrived. She seems like a level headed spokesperson and a breath of fresh air. I think she'll help the sport because she's relatable and seems normal, in an "Everyman" type of way.
In any case - the show tonight was all about the roll, and I think it kicked ass.
i didn't know that history - thanks. what i do know, is that she's solid in promoting herself better than almost all of the men - hell, the 3-4 polls i've taken from here to Atlanta rank her as #1 Pro Pool Player. REDDIT is huge & good for her in taking Q&A's! but i would have never known this, without Smiley's post.
i wish she'd post here (again).
