I would think a phone call might give you a better idea what is going on
Why would it be in FedEx customs if it was shipped USPS?
and of course
does the cue contain ivory and is the importation of ivory into your Country prohibited?
I've received packages from China via DHS and I have had that message appear a couple of times. I was told it was waiting to get through customs and would not available until it had cleared customs
no.. i dont think ivory is the problem here, i just dont know where can i pick her up.. and about clearance delay, i think i just have to pay what is needed..
Yeah the clearance delay is a boilerplate message. It just means its in customs (and the shipper is not responsible for the delay).

thanks a lot buddy.. thats a relieved lol..
Im using usps GLOBAL EXPRESS GUARANTEED from the states to my country..
the package is here, but it said clearance delay
anyone knows where can i pick her up? is she in the custom office? or FEDEX custom?

I don't know what country you are in. Hopefully you are not in South America.
Some countries are better than others for shipping and receiving.
That's what I use, but I think what verwirre used was actually a step up from that service through USPS. I think for Global Guaranteed they partner with FedEx because FedEx has some supposedly expedited customs hook-up?
