I wouldnt' deal with willicue. My friend sent a cue to him to get worked on and he kept it for like 8 months, then sent some old junk shaft back with it and kept the original. His cues play terrible as well.

Red for you sir! Let the red rep bombs begin.

Ya do know that you can be sued for slander by making statements that are totally false and malicious in intent ... dont you?

You are taking a big risk posting lies like this just because you are mad at me.

I quoted you so you can not go back and delete or change what you posted.
It is now what you call ... "evidence" to be used in a future action if I see fit.

He didn't slander you at all. (Now libel may be a different story.....)

I disagree.
He stated that I defrauded a customer by switching shafts.
That is a lie and slanderous to my reputation.

If there was one shred of truth to what he said it would be different but making up lies and publicly posting them can be addressed with litigation.

Well, I just gotta say that I've done business with Willee and it was absolutely perfect. Shafts were outstanding. These malicious accusations do not sound like him at all, but sueing that guy's ass off does.
:p

Glad to hear the shafts I made for you were OK, RayJay.
(I have a lot of them just laying around here ... :D ...)

I am always a bit nervous about making shafts and not getting to see how they fit or play on the butt.

Big talk coming from someone with less than 20 posts here. How about instead of attacking reputable members of this forum, you go back to your room in your parents' basement and polish your fiberglass cue collection with Windex.

Also, congrats to you, because you just became only the third person I've ever red-repped in three years.

It is defamation, and is considered a crime not a tort in most jurisdictions.

Not hard to see why I am not a lawyer.
Just barely good enough to be called a cue maker ... by some ... :o

I really hope I never need to hire a lawyer.
You seem to lose no matter who wins in court.

And really ... the ranting on one pissed off nut case wont do much for or against me ... but I do appreciate the support.

Hey I'm no Lawyer, but it is in black and white for all to see you have been wronged.

They were more than OK, Willee, they were great. These were "timeless timber" recovered sunken maple from Lake Michigan, roughed out by Chester Krick, finished by Willee. Hope you'll do a couple more for me in Sept.
:p
