and willing to share with me? I missed the day it was up (usually I save the vid to watch on my way to work), and it turned out I missed something interesting.

It has been removed as requested by Southwest cues. I'm not asking for re-upload, but having read only positive feedback I would definitely like to watch this thing (as I would have had regardless of the topic).

Great stuff. I really enjoyed the whole thing, enjoyed that, way informative, great job, discussion opened an entirely new aspect...

What's wrong with you Southwest, are you blind? You could have asked to edit some parts after all, in case you felt you revealed some trade secret or Al said something stupid, whatever. Requesting it be removed without any explanations I found to be disrespectful to the viewers.

So please pm me if you have that in any format.

Sorry, I don't agree with you there.
SW was GRACIOUS enough to have let Al get interviewed.
Al did reveal some things and held out on some things.

Wow, I thought that was the most interesting TAR podcast to date. I caught the second half of it, and missed the first. In the segment I watched, I did not hear any trade secret information, but that is just my opinion...

I had no idea it was removed now... glad I was able to watch it live.

Why did they ask for it to be removed? Seemed very informative....Didn't seem like anything "Top Secret" was released....

Joey, you should have put "without any explanations" in bold. Once again, they could have explained and ask Justin to come up with censored version later. Instead they did what they did.
Sheesh. Maybe I was just pissed off I missed it  Still looking forward any offers.

Having watched the entire SW podcast I was nothing but impressed.
That's saying something because BEFORE watching it I felt SW cues were overpriced.

Al did a very good job representing SW.

It was silly taking it down

Wile I do respect their decision I feel it is a mistake.

Some major points I received from the interview are:

Al has been with the company since the late 1980's.
A strong feeling Al has a true passion for cue building and an attention to detail.
Emphasis on and explanation of the fact that SW cues are built EXACTLY the same way they were when Jerry was alive.
Nuances that finally justified to me the price SW cues have EARNED.

SW is the one missing out by pulling the podcast....

Ummm .. what are they missing out on? 15-20 yr waiting list instead of 10? :D

I know what you mean but it really was a great interview.

And yeah, I could see the podcast spurring orders from people who might not otherwise have placed orders.

With the 10yr wait already I'm not sure it matters.

Where and how do you access the podcasts?

Secondly, I see a banner occasionally pop up on the top of the page saying go to our new video section. I can't see any video section. Where is this?

Cheers
