Bar table leauges and bar table only players are like another species of pool player (especially apa/CPA players). They are mostly half-wit hillbillies and fat women attempting the art of pool. They are loud, smell funny and are really convinced they can play pool. Put em on a big table and they miss the pocket by a foot! All of em got wal-mart cues too lmao!

the more i read this the more i think you may be the biggest nit on the planet. you claim to be an 8 (i'm geussing in apa terms) but in other posts you make it sound like you play damn near pro speed. you have the balls to have a screen name the has words "run out" in it and then ask apa 6's or lower for the break and the 7. are you kidding me. i have a job and can't travel much if it's not for work, but if your ever around the atl. you can get played. i am a 6 and if you can prove an apa handicap - especially 8 or above you're not getting weight - your giving. see that's how that's supposed to work. if you can't prove a handicap in bca or apa (i can verify both 6 in apa 7 in bca) we play even and we don't start at a grand, we start at a few hundred a set and we adjust handicap / amount from there. if my action is no good i know a few 9's here in atlanta that can more than likely rape your wallet if you have the brass to play them.

I weas only messing around but apartently nobody can see that so from now on ill be very serious in every post i make so that people dont get the wrong impression of who I actually am as a person.

What I don't get is that every year people join leagues with established rules and payouts and then spend the entire year whining and complaining about it.
They finally get to the promised land aka Las Vegas and then complain about conditions.
If leagues are so bad why do people play in them?
Personally, I don’t like leagues because I don’t like the commitment and investing an evening to play just 5 games. So, I don’t play in leagues and problem is solved. No need to bush them.

Yeah I am beginning to realize there are allot of teen's on this site that have not experienced real life. My poker forum is the same way. No wonder they say pool and poker go hand and hand

Considering you are a member here and take offense to my post, I will offer a sincere apology. I am sorry.
But being from Quebec, you are the ones that have made moves in the past to separate from the rest of your fellow countrymen. French law was passed making it illegal for any business to advertise in English, yet, the rest of Canada have to advertise and offer services in both languages.
a pretty large expense when the rest of us don't speak French or at least choose not to.
So, the only reason we want you to stay is that you won't split Canada in two and and actually separate us from the other provinces that sell us over priced lobster and seafood.
so, to make this post pool related, I have to say that I haven't run into a Maritimer that didn't know his way around a pool table.

I've watched the Quebec separatist ideas with a sense of amusement, wondering just when we here in Maine would have new states for neighbors, and we wouldn't be the northernmost state in the east...
I'm sure that the politics go much deeper than I can understand, but thats the gist of it. Pretty much the sense of entitlement that Quebec displays with the rest of Canada that make us feel the way we do.
On the up side, theres no better Maple shaft dowels or syrup available anywhere else so they are good for a couple of things.
That and somewhere down the line they did invent a form of kissing that I do enjoy very much but beyond that I am lost for compliments.
