Aramith Low end Billiard Balls

Aramith balls are the top of the line balls used in most tournaments -either Aramith Super Pros, Duramith etc or the Predator Arcos balls made by Aramith. There are a few pro tournaments I’ve seen with Dynaspheres. I haven’t played with them so I can’t comment on them.

Do you intend to play tournaments or leagues in your area? If so, I would see what the better places are playing with - if everyone is using Aramith I’d be inclined to stick with them rather than having a set different from every where else I played.
I couldn’t agree with that at this point.

Dynosphere are as good as anything else on the market. I have a set of tungsten’s and they are great quality and a fantastic price.

My current favorite that I’ve been using are the arcos predator balls but they do come in pricey at over $400

arcos are aramith SAP resin mix. some people hate that cat logo but i like them myself. Vanadium Dyna's are the best buy in balls imo.

Are you talking about the old red box Aramith vs the white box? I have a set of the standards (white box) on my home table and they are more than fine. I've been happy with them for years.

few can tell the difference other than the looks.

if you roll them off the rail you will find almost all balls roll closely to the same length.

I cant tell a High end to a low end ball but then I am just a beginner
It's the composite materials used which is more likely difficult to tell by visual confirmation. Include tolerance and weight variance. The aesthetics alone can be quite tricky as well. For me, what's important is how the balls roll and how durable they are. If you want to play with the same balls that could last for many years playing with them, then buy a higher end ones. I wouldn't mind playing with cheaper balls as long as they don't have dents, cracks and chip marks.
