are you having trouble selling your cue?

I agree with you 100%.No need for insults.Actually I've seen the Schon he's selling(which is not the one in his Avatar)and besides that one ding thats in the cue ,which looks worse in the pics, the cue is beautiful with a 150.00 dollar leather wrap on it to boot.

thanks scotty, its funny when you saw the cue like 3 weeks ago i remember telling you "ya ill prob keep this one for a long time" now i already bought another one and selling this one, LOL.

cues

This site is full of tire kickers or dreamer's guys with no money that comment on everyone's stuff for sale. Don't take it personal they're all knits trying to steal everything.

AZ has degenerated considerably...thank you moderators!
I get what your saying but at the same time Moderators might just
let these things go in hopes that since were all suppose to be adults
that we can create are own solutions and start acting like adults.

Cmon Scott you know that's not gonna happen! Haha. Especially when some people hide behind usernames, the trolling will never end unless mods start enforcing rules to stop immature behavior.

You realize that seeing you have nothing for sale in the For Sale forum you are the one violating a rule and if the mods were to enforce they would be deleting your thread?

The fact that you started a thread in the For Sale forum with nothing for sale is a rule violations and was what CMD was pointing out in his post which asked "what's for sale here?" which you jumped down his throat for.

You have got to admit that you calling for rules enforcement in a thread you started in violation of those rules is pretty darn funny (or you are only calling for the enforcement of the rules you select?).

Thanks

Kevin

Kevin, go back and read my reply to CMD, as you'll see I didn't jump down his throat for pointing out that nothing was for sale. After you go back and read it more carefully I'm sure you'll see what you just posted is not the case.

But on the topic, you are correct, I should of posted this in the main forum, and if the mods wanted to move it that's fine.

But I did not reply to CMD for the reasons you stated above.

Respectfully,
Randall

Still you have to admit you calling for rules enforcement while breaking them yourself is pretty funny.

Thanks

Lol I agree with you. If I could move the thread myself I would, that's why we need mods to deal with this stuff, instead of users who think it's necessary to try to enforce rules with no authority.

That "mods to deal with this stuff" gets a little pricey, especially in a free site. Some members remember back in the day where we policed this place ourselves.

To be honest with you, I think some members took the fact that your thread in and of itself was in rules violation in order to express their true feelings about your cue or your pricing seeing as doing either in your actual for sale thread would have been a rules violation.

Thanks again

Yeah that may be the case. Either way I just wish there were some active mods around here to keep this stuff to a minimum.

And I wish Jessica Alba was in my bedroom, face down, butt up.

I wish my Honda Accord was a Red Ferrari.

I wish I played like Shane.

Thanks

Yes, it seems that the AZ Billiards sales have slowed down...it is certainly a buyer's market.

Irrespective of that and the "discussion" ref rules infractions, you need to look at the math on what you are selling, ie, a Schon LTD 1304 butt with no shaft...and the butt needs refinishing/rewrap:
-Butt: $550
-New shaft: $125-150
-Refinish/rewrap butt: $125-150

Cost for the cue in great shape with new shaft (after waiting for all the orders and refinishing to be done): $800-850 + shipping costs.

Schon is my favorite cue of any that are (arguably) considered "production" cues. What that means is that there are many dealers, both brick and mortar as well as internet sites, that buy wholesale, and sell at a discount. You will find most MAP agreements run at about a 20% discount, ie $960 for a new cue with none of the hassles...scroll down to the 1304 on Eric Lee's site.

Really? You got Jessica and you want her face down? I mean different strokes for different folks but I'd be staring deep down her eyes while using my version of SPF stroke on her and hope it last forever

Hidy Ho <-- believe there are reasonble explanations as to why that particular Schon is not selling (most of which have been covered already)

Ho

None of it matters anymore. I was on a Alba/Ferrari/Shane kick until Little Kenny posted his Szams, and now I'm on a whole new wish list.

Kevin

Put Lil' Kenny on the ignore list to save yourself from temptation. Someone should ask him if he's having trouble moving cues.

Hidy Ho <-- never giving up on Alba

face down, face up, time for both, but if everyone continues to depend on others to make us do what is right, we're f#cked, and not the good kind.:frown:

anyone else having trouble selling their cue on here? seems like nobody is buying right now, I have a schon ltd for sale at a really reasonable price and not any offers, seems kinda strange for me.....anyone else feeling the same way? or am I alone on this?

:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

Four pages and much drama later....

I haven't had a problem. I just sold 2 full cues and 3 shafts, and all were gone within a couple days of listing them.

The key is to keep things reasonable...and be flexible. It's DEFINITELY a buyer's market, so just be realistic about what you're selling, what you're asking for it, and what it's actually WORTH to a potential buyer.

I don't care for the design of your Schon...but I'm just one person. There are plenty of folks who would love that style of cue...but they don't want to shell out the kind of money you're wanting for it. The cue+refinish+shaft costs are more than they could spend for an identical cue elsewhere that has no problems at all.

Just my $.02.

Good luck, sir.
