To elaborate a bit:
It’s just a transaction. No different than buying a cake, car or a shovel and duct tape at Walmart at 330am J/K.
Seriously how hard is it? The cue biz isn’t shark filled waters, actually it’s pretty easy. Not sophisticated con artists that’s for sure, if anything it’s the opposite.
I’ve been buying and selling cues longer than any other biz I’ve been in. I don’t look at all cues as “biz” as I love cues and some I buy with no intent of reselling, others are inventory. I tend to hold cues for a long time before I do sell them these days.
Another point is I’m not looking to hit a home run on anything I do decide to sell. When buying, sure I try for the best deal, worst case I just pass if the maths don’t make me happy.
Nothing about this is complicated or challenging. It’s simple commerce.
