Ask Silencer Any Question!!!!

I know I have not said anything or given Silencer any kind words that would make him "BLUSH" if you recall. But if he continues to make statements that offend out of a whim he is going to be called on it. Efren Reyes is a great professional and if Silencer chooses to refer to him as "the old fart" he may think he is being cute. I dont. I think it is a sign of disrespect.

As a person who makes New York his home like Silencer, the one time home of Cicero Murphy, l find him saying there are no Black pool pro's quite offensive and I believe as a fellow poster he should be called to back up his remarks.

This is not the Supermarket tabloids where one could say outlandish remarks just to be "vibrant". Something RIDICULOUS like "Nick Varner, secret son of Adolph Hitler" or "Alien growing in R.A.'s stomach" but a forum for pool. You are going to be called on your bull by other pool fanatics.

I totally disagree with you drivermaker. I'm pretty sure Hemi was for letting FL stay. Otoh, I didn't think he should stay. Conversely, I don't have a real problem with Silencer and Hemi seems to be fed up with him.

Both FL and Silencer have similar problems, i.e., they monopolize the board. I thought FL was much worse because he'd start flame wars which would get others into monopolizing the board too because they were so pissed off at him. Silencer pretty much does it all by himself. This guy can start more threads than a seamstress!! :D

to whom it may concern, when i said there are no black pros, what i meant by that was EXACTLY what i said! "there are no black pros" that's all, i'm not being racisist. where on the pros list of females or males are there black pros? and by the way, where are the pool players from isreal in the world 9 ball championships? i'm jewish, so you can't call me anti-semetic, where are the isreal pros? i'm just asking with this, that's all, i'm just asking. it's just factual questions worth pondering.

About calling efren the old fart, i think this is funny, i call my grandpa old fart every time i see him, and i probably have more respect for him than anyone on earth. Unless i'm mistaken don't pool players talk a lot of shit?. I doubt efren would give two shits about it. As for comparing fl with silencer, well, are we talking about clogging up the board to ban someone, or clogging up the board an pretty much stalking people to get banned, it's not the same thing, you gotta admire the guy how he just rolls with the punches an never fights back, i couldn't do it, nor anyone else here with a few exceptions.

Ever hear of Billy Palmer? The only guy to put Efren on the loss column at the Derby. Cliff Joyner, Willie Munson, Cecil Murray, Ike Runnels, Bugs Rucker, Piggy Banks, Pam Bell, etc. No one called you a RASCIST. Just uninformed and ignorant!

Come to Manila and refer to Efren as "an old fart" or to Riverside California at Shooters where all the Pinoys play and say that. Some people might not find that funny. Parica is called Amang or Teacher. It is a named given with reverence and respect. It is a people who respect their elders and superiors.

Last time i checked this was a online pool forum, not some pool hall in the phillipines, theres a big difference between the two, i didn't say i would call him old fart, that's what silencer calls him ONLINE, and i doubt he would in real life, maybe if u knew him you could joke around with him in person, this is the internet, lighten up a lil. If you are gonna try an get silencer banned you could do a better job lobbying then pointing out his supposed racist remarks, lmao, he was more politically incorrect than racist. Most people would not come out and say some of the things he said, doesn't make him a racist, you could call what you are doing to him reverse racism, he was just curious as to whether or not there were any pro caliber african american players, and u guys wait a month or two to list them, that kinda defeats the purpose of this forum if u ask me.

So someone has called Efren "an old fart" I suppose. Personally, I prefer calling him a nose-picking,uneducated peasant. I also call him the greatest pool player in history. And a humanitarian. The point being that in the greater scheme of things, pool is rather insignificant. Threatening to ban people because they rub you the wrong way (in a pool forum of all places) seems a bit petty, don't you think? As for reverence, please save the word for more important things in life. BTW, to my good friend who insists on calling me CONDUM, I take no offense. I don't doubt that you are a kind and wonderful human being.

He was one of the one pocket greats. In his time he beat a lot of great players but got no recognition. Read Mike Shamos' article about James Evans in a past BD. You might understand why Silencers thinking comes from an old unuseful time.

If it makes you any happier, I will say this about Efren. I find nothing offensive about Efren as a person. He is a gentleman and a class act, a rarity when it comes to poolplayers in general. Somewhere here, there is a point I am trying to make for the second time... As for you, I harbor no ill-feelings. I do not understand why a small number of people if you can call them people must be in constant persecutation of some player. If they are not calling some person a idiot or trying to get him banned they do not seem to be having any fun. This somehow puts power in their small meanlingless little loser lifes. They traded in Fl for Bernie, so now they should live with the deal. They got what they deserved. Keep banning off anyone who speaks out. The board has now got so boring because of this most have moved over to CCB. Bernie the silencer is now your head guru teaching you all now to play and your only response is to ban him. Will you next try to ban Blackjack for coming in to teach you as well. You ran him off once before with non stop attacks. When do you people wake up and see the problem is not the posters, but the attackers, the ones who spew out this hate, venom, like Hermidus and others, who only contributate negative downers. It is easy to throw stones at a doer, it is hard to become a doer.

Hi Jerry,
If you are referring to Jesus of Nazareth, note that most of the people indigenous to that area of Southeast Asia commonly known as the Middle East nowadays, are fairly dark skinned. There skin has have evolved so of course, because it is so hot and sunny there most of the time.

Jerry, If you can understand the mentality of the mob that sought to have Fast Larry banned, you will be a long way towards understanding the mentality of those that sought the crucifixion of Jesus.
