Autographed balls and shirts to benefit Leonard 'Bugs' Rucker !!

"Chicago bank pool legend Leonard ‘Bugs’ Rucker is really suffering from the advancement of diabetes. He is seriously down, but not out! He reportedly had a leg amputated on 7/2/2007."

I will be attending the Shooters, Olathe, KS One Pocket / 10 Ball tournament on 7/18 - 7/22. I just ordered 24 cue balls to get autographed at the tournament. I will also be getting all the players in the One pocket tournament sign a shirt, and do the same for the 10 ball tournament. I'm sure all the players will be happy to autograph these items for 'Bugs'. Here is a list of the confirmed players as of 7/17/2007

Corey Deuel
Gabe Owen
Shane Van Boening
Dennis Orcullo
Buddy Hall
James Walden
Joe Grey
Jeremy Jones
Scotty Townsend
Jesse Bowman
Chad Vilmont
Dave Matlock
Jamie Baraks
Warren Kiamco
Jose Parica
Shane McMinn
Jeff Melton

Please bid on which player you would like to buy an autographed ball from.
Starting bids should be at least $20, plus estimated shipping costs of $2.50 for each ball or shirt.

The 2 shirts will be auctioned to the highest bidder. The shirts are being generously donated by Shooters.

All the money raised will go to the Leonard 'Bugs' Rucker fundraiser fund.
Not including the shipping costs. I checked with Grady Mathews and Freddy the Beard and got their approval before posting this.

Please be generous guys this is for a great cause. Lets all pull together and make this worth while and send a nice combined contribution to the Leonard 'Bugs' Rucker fundraiser fund. So let the fun begin.
Who will be the highest bidder for Leonard's balls and shirts :D

Payment can be sent by check, money order, cashiers check, or paypal to feldz23@sbcglobal.net

I will start the bidding for a ball signed by Shane Van Boeing at $20. Remember players can sign more than 1 ball. All players will sign the
shirts.

Buddy and pic

I'll bid $50 for an autographed Buddy Hall ball if you also take a digital picture of only him holding it.
Thanks.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to bid on any of the items, but I can BUMP the auction thread :)

Thanks for doing this, Richie!

I put the first check for Bugs in the mail today from the raffle ticket sales -- just Paypal so far -- already over a grand!!!

Thanks to all who have chipped in & keep it coming...

Come on guys this is for a great cause. We need to show our hall of fame pool players that we are behind them in a time of need :D

Thank you very much the9ballroller your support and generousity is greatly appreciated by everyone involved in trying to help out Bugs.

Show your support

Come on guys, show your support of this great player and get yourself a nice souvenir in the process. AZB'ers spend thousands of dollars every week on this thread buying wood. Just a few bucks from each of us can add up to really make a difference for this man. Let's show him that the pool & billiards community really care about our elder statesmen.

Reallybad_IP, if you like banks, you want an autographed ball from Shannon Daulton. He's a strong bank player to say the least . . .

Thank you, thank you!

In large part facilitated by feldz23, the Bugs benefit raffle has received a major donation of a custom cue by Chuck Starkey!
