Avoid this buyer very rude

Like some other threads that concerned Lee's questionable behavior, Don't be surprised if this one magically disappears.
Personally I won't be too dissapointed if it does, other than some AZ'ers not knowing what they may be dealing with.

It's just more drivel from what appears to be an easily frustrated businessman. Hopefully, he will someday learn his lesson (before it's too late) i.e. OUT OF CUSTOMERS

and one last thing..

With everything the way it is, If I was in business to sell ANYTHING, you'd have to PRY my lips off a customer OR potential customers ass! (figuratively speaking of course :D)

A couple things.

1. Most retailers have a 'clearance' or other area of their business that is sold 'as is', or 'no returns' However they can still stand behind the main line of their business. It sounds like this is the case with Lee and the sweatshirts.

2. If you checked the return policy and you don't like it, simply move on. There really is no point insulting a persons business practice in this kind of community if they don't give the answer you were hoping for.

3. Starting this kind of thread always has the opposite effect that you want, It honestly just makes you look bad and the person you are warning people against given sympathy. ( Obviously scams or non-paying customers are a little different )

Simply it comes down to if you don't like the terms of sale of a given vendor, simply don't shop there. Or if a customer says something insulting in a private message, keep it private or simply ignore it. To have this much drama over something that is admitted to have a very small profit margin is just silly.

Lets just chalk this one up to holiday tensions and move on. Both individuals seem to have alot of support in this community.

Someone might be showing there ass and IMO it ain't the kid. You talk about him acting like a 16 year old but I know 16 year olds that would know better than to start a silly thread like this expecting sympathy.
I don't blame the guy for expressing concern, buying clothes can be tricky. Perhaps, being the businessman that you are, you could have responded with something like this.

"Sure, if you'll pay the return shipping I'd be happy to take them back, in original condition of course, Oh and by the way thanks for the business..."

Sometimes customers can be rude and hard to deal with, but what do you have without them. and please don't tell me to butt out... you started this silly thread in the first place.

You really need to consider the fallout from these kinds' of post's. I'd hate to see OTHER AZ'ers second guess buying from you because of this kind of customer service.

These are just my opinions please don't hate me for them :D

well stated Sir!!

<M>

Lee, you don't get it..... This is why probably more than half of the board won't deal with you.

You might want to duck, glass will hit you any minute...

Well said ugotactionTX....So simple ----> Wouldn't that have been the proper and civilized way to deal with a paying customer.:o

Eeverything has been said. I agree with everybody in particular with ugotactiontx and tikkler. Does not matter how rude a customer might be, you still need to have a smile...
I have 12 years of customer service reporting at a VP level, but you do not know what customer service means anyway.

Mark B187 off of my list!

Note to self... NEVER buy from Brianna187. What on earth would possess a business to air their dirty laundry to other potential customers? Not the wisest move JMHO

you cant really criticize someone for their opinion on this thread when you decided to make it public. this could have been handled privately...jmo.

I'm not too sure what to say on this particular subject. I would like to say I have had many great transactions with Lee. I ordered pins and received less than what I had ordered and he sent me the missing one immediately. Also, he sid he was going to include a video so I could understand how to use some tools I bought from him. The video was not shipped with my order. I gave him a call and he happily sent the video. So, let's not discount a good seller and be mindful that we are all human and make mistakes.

Let me get this right, it sounds like everytime that you have ordered from Lee, he has screwed up your order????

No, just twice. I have had many perfect orders from Lee. I am not trying to stand up for Lee or the buyer. I just wanted to say we all make mistakes. It's like a game of pool. Mistakes will happen, it's how we move on and learn from them that matter. Hopefully, we can move on and be a happy AZ family! :-)

over and over

Almost every time he posts on here, and someone says anything at all that he doesnt like, he goes haywire. He insults people. He makes up stories about people. He is very abusive.

If I treated my customers like he does...I would be broke.

Does he lose his short temper and go sort of crazy...sure he does. Does he then calm down and apologize for the things he has said...NEVER

I personally wouldnt take anything from him...even if it was FREE

I don't understand why so many people are quick to hush errors or bad happenings with businesses. Is this website not consumer driven?

God forbid someone have a bad transaction and want to vent.....

i told you all i had left was xxl and if that didnt fit how could you exchange it for a bigger size ??when your making just a few dollars on a sale even if i did have a bigger size reshipping would put me in the whole if i had had a xxxl and there was a concern i would have sugessted the biger size to start with since i didnt i simply stated no returns on this deal which pissed you off and you told me i sucked so i decided i would make that public i also stand behind what i sell what i dont offer is a walmart policy if you dont like something or you go broke and cant pay your rent you return something . on most everything i sell the mark up is very little
if there a damaged item i would certinally replace it what i wouldnt do is sell someone something have them return it on a wime and there plenty out there in the pool world that will do just that . as i stated with you xxl was the largest i had left and it was a non return sale i even said that up front before we even did business so there was know missunderstanding your the one that got nasty not me youcould have just passed instead you wrote something out of line your the one that was wrong not me

This guy has to be a total asshole to post this drivel publicly about a customer over a stupid sweatshirt. The pool equipment buying public is a very small community and are fairly close nit. It isn't hard to find out who you're dealing with no matter what is being bought or sold.

I've seen nasty responses from the Brianna co. before over small potatoes. This type of behavior is not conducive in creating goodwill for your business.
Good luck with your hopes and dreams, Mr. Briannaman!

I'm not Samsarakid but if I were I'd sure be looking for you at the Derby. Issuing a thinly veiled threat on a public forum is extreme poor decorum and I'd make you answer for it. You are more of an embarrassment to yourself as a businessman than a real threat to anyone. You're just a smart ass ignorant punk. :D

You certainly have this guy pegged.

Has he answered any of these posts.....NOPE......and never will

I think its sad some people in the pool community are like this....conduct your buisiness in a professional manner....I own a hair/nail/tanning salon and there are times when someone was not happy. I did what I could to make them happy or at least satisfied when they left my shop. They have always came back. If you talk bad about 1 person, word will get around. You run 1 person off, then its 2, and it just snowballs from there. So I try and make everyone as happy as I can. Even the elderly gentleman that comes in for a haircut once a week and tries to cop a feel..lol:thumbup: I just smile at him and tell him my eyes are up here and not on my boobs and to get his hand off my azz....he is a funny older man though....
