It seems they have opened up the pockets. Frost made an incredible one pocket bank cutting the bank 80° out of his opponents hole and into his hole with perfect shape for the Orange and Kennedy takes a healthy dump on that shot and scratches in the side which essentially gets Toronto the win.

Glad to see Toronto win for a closer match since no one wanted to take my 3 to 2 odds. Either I needed to offer 2 to 1 odds or I needed to post a thread in the action room further in advance.
 
Super entertaining match so far. Lots of really amazing cross banks.

Its seems to me like the suggestion given have been taken to heart.

Mics are turned up witch has been awesome so far.
BB girl smiling and even clapping at good shots.
Crowd is slim but they seem to be really in to the action.


Did anyone else notice the ref sneek out before halftime for what I can only assume was a poo emergency or something and then he comes waltzing back in about 5 minutes before the half?
 
It has been an intermittently bad stream for me -- sometimes nearly unwatchable, then it's OK for a while.

Kennedy makes it and Gets straight in for the game winning shot. Kennedy lets out a victory cry and Frost jumped 3 feet into the air with big high-fives.

Kennedy: Thanks I never would've shot that shot.

Frost: You will when you're playing with me.

But more than that, we're seeing the PLAYERS...Not the play but the character of the PLAYERS....

I've enjoyed watching this tonight. Watching Tommy Kennedy win his singles match was a great moment. I love seeing such great play from the wiley veteran.
 
Being able to hear the players better has upped the entertainment factor for me. Hopefully that trend continues.
 
Kennedy makes a nice shot and goes, "Yes!"

Archer says, "I hear that and when Tommy beat me at the US open. He shouted yes after every shot."
 
Another exciting end to a game. Phoenix was running around the table yelling hurry hurry to each other.

With three seconds left Frost stunned over for shape on the game-winning shot. As the ball was stunning over the clock expired.

If you would have played a stop shot they would have had a full 24 seconds to play the dead bank in the side.

There are so many nuances and time management strategies these pros have to learn still.

Frost might not always make the right decision but he sees the shot faster than anyone and it gives his players at least 15 seconds to go through their pre-shot routine.

Most teams are taking the majority of the clock to figure out the shot and then they have no pre-shot routine.

Kennedy is the number one player in the league and Frost gets 50% of the credit in my opinion.

I can't stress enough how much I've learned from watching. Any one from Kitsap county can come to my house and play $1 to $20 per game.
