actully that cue came from ernies last batch and was brand new un chalked and i had 3 others of this same design.and i have also had 3 rasputins I have a standing order with ernie at all times. and the cue you are refering to being used is the one i got off ray leslie and that cue sold at the hopkins and never made it to my site and it was a 2001 but in great shape! so before you go accusing (PLEASE) have your facts straight! thank you and if you have any more discrepencys bring it to my attention , and i will gladly let you know the facts as i kniow them, and if i have been given the wrong info on a cue or represented it incorrectly,I will be the first to publicly ,humbly say iam wrong! have a good day

Bill,Its charley in va.I bought a gina from u at valley forge a few years ago that was exactly the same as this one, traded that walnut burl mottey and cash for the gina, and it was new. Have had great dealings with bill also. I dont know what all the fuss is about here but bills a great guy trying to make a living and highly recommended.

As another example of Bills service. He sent me a loaded mottey that was 3g up front with out any money being sent and let me check out the cue personally before a penny left my wallet, what else could anybody ask for.

Bill,

I think, sorry, I know you're lying. Let me explain.

First, my facts are straight. You got this cue from Ray in a package deal with a Schick shortly after the Derby. Ray bought it from me at the Derby. I believe this cue was on your website, unless both Ray and I were seeing things because we were both curious as to how you would price it. And you knew for 100% fact that the cue was used and not "new / unchalked."

Second, to demonstrate that you are lying. In the two "different" cues below, compare the snakewood grain around the small ivory dot above the Ginacue logo in the buttsleeve. See how the light part goes around it in a horseshoe shape with the open end on the left with the bottom side circling back up a little bit and then extending out in a straight line for small ways? What are the odds that two different cues would have this exact same grain? There are also the rings cut in the wrap as well for more comparison, but we both know a wrap can be duplicated or easily changed right?

Still want to stick with the same story?

Mike

Did you happen to notice that Charley said he got his a few years ago? How can he have gotten Ray's if you got Ray's only a few months ago?

OK, now post a pic of the pin # for the 01 cue. You know, the one on your website shown as sold. Wait, that never made it to your website did it?

and all of ernies pig skins have 2 grooves !!and all mcworters have one and yes woods can be alike

So are you really trying to say that the exact same grain in that exact same spot is exactly the same in two different cues? How about you look closely at the rest of the grain. Notice any more similarities?

Is There Bad Blood Here Or What!!!

What is the deal? Is this neccessary?????? There must be something that the rest of us are missing with these claims of Bill lying. I have never heard anything but good things about deals made with him.

I received a new GinaCue from Ernie a week ago. The pin says 05-I-960. You sure the #05 is the year, cause I know he didnt start the cue before February 06. Also what is the last number? Just curious

Sometimes the year only signifies when Ernie engraved it. We got a new one last year that was straight from Ernie but was engraved "03". Ernie has been known to have some cues on-hand in various stages (obviously his particular models in his standard line of cues). That cue was 'in progress' but never finished until we purchased it.

As for the snakewood...who knows, but it's a good case that such a 'fingerprint' can be used to identify a particular cue.

Nope, nothing but Bill trying to fly a big, fat lie by me.

Really? Is he also working with Mother Nature to make redundant (exact match) wood grain as well?

I think I have a pretty good life by measurable standards - college degree, fulfilling and well paying professional career, wife of ten years, good friends, two dogs, a house, three cars, four motorcycles, plenty of custom cues, a pretty good pool game, etc.

But that is beside the point, which is that Bill got caught in a big, fat lie.

Anybody with one working eye and a lick of common sense can see that the two cues I posted are the same cue. Which means that not only was the cue used and not "new / unchalked" as Bill described but was also on Bill's website contrary to what he said when he was trying to cover his ass.
